Access barriers in mothers and compliance with the vaccination scheme in children under 1 year of age, health center, Lima 2023

Objective: To determine the relationship between the access barriers in mothers with compliance with the vaccination scheme in children under 1 year of age in a Health Center, Lima - 2023. Methodology: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, nonexperimental, correlational method. Population will consist of 634 mothers with a sample of 239 mothers of children under 1 year of age. The technique used will be the survey and observation and the instrument will be a questionnaire to evaluate the access barriers variable and for the second variable compliance with the vaccination scheme a checklist will be used, with validation and reliability of Cronbach's alpha. with a value of 0.72. Finally, the statistical tests will be executed to corroborate the hypotheses using the Spearman correlation system and for the processing of the information it is carried out with the software spss v.25.

Adherence factors involved in the treatment of cancer patients

Objective: Determine the adherence factors that intervene in the treatment of cancer patients. Methodology: It is a systematic review in different Medline databases - Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo and Science direct, following the PICO format, the inclusion criteria were: scientific articles published between 2006 and 2016 in Spanish and English, with selection final of 12 articles. Results: Of the 12 articles reviewed, 100% (12/12 articles) that intervened were the sociocultural factor, which had 59% (7/12), while the factor of adverse effects to treatment had 50% (6/12) and the economic factor has 17% (2/12). The quality of the articles was mostly moderate at 75% (9/12). In the most searched articles it was in the country of Nigeria (3/12) with 25.6%, in which the dimension that most intervened for non-adherence to treatment was the economic factor. Conclusions: The associated adherence factor was, according to this review, multifactorial and involves sociocultural factors, adverse effects of treatment, and economic factors. Strategies and alternatives must be generated to develop early interventions that allow for better therapeutic adherence in cancer patients.

Adherence to hemodialytic treatment and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure of the nephrology service, National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023

Objective: The present study aims to determine how adherence to hemodialysis treatment is related to the quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease in the Nephrology Department of Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima, 2023. Methodology: The research adopts a quantitative approach, using the hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional study, and correlational level. The population consists of 80 patients attending the Nephrology Department. Two questionnaires will be applied: “Evaluación de la Adherencia Terapéutica” developed by Claudia Bonilla (Colombia) and validated in Peru by Sánchez with 86% agreement through expert judgment, and the KDQOL-SF-36 questionnaire designed by Ware JE (United States) and validated in Peru by Flores with 89.20% agreement through expert judgment. Both instruments are reliable, with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.81. The database will initially be constructed in Excel, and the statistical software SPSS version 26.0 will be used to create contingency tables and establish the relationship between variables. Hypotheses will be tested using parametric or non-parametric tests as part of inferential statistics, depending on the normality of the results.

Introduction: Boys and girls from 6 months to 36 months are considered part of the vulnerable population, one of the most common pathologies in this age range is anemia, this is due to the fact that they begin to eat foods prepared by the mother and In many cases, mothers do not include iron-rich foods. To prevent this disease, all health facilities provide micronutrients, which the mother has to give to her children daily. Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between adherence to treatment with micronutrients and level of iron deficiency anemia in children from 6 to 36 months in the Urpay Health Post district of Acos Vinchos, Ayacucho – 2022” Methods: the study has a deductive method , quantitative approach, correlational type. The population is 80 children from 6 to 36 months and the sample is 67 boys and girls who are treated at the Urpay Health Post. The sample will be taken between the months of April and August 2022 using the micronutrient treatment adherence survey, which was created and validated in Peru. Data on both variables will be collected so that they can be processed statistically.

Adherence to pharmacological treatment and health-related quality of life in individuals with hypertension attending the outpatient cardiology clinic at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima – 2018

Objective: Determine the relationship between adherence to pharmacological treatment and health-related quality of life in people with high blood pressure, treated in the outpatient cardiology clinic of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima - 2018. Methodology: Quantitative, correlational, non-experimental study and cross section. The population was made up of 210 patients who attended the clinic in the month of May, in which instruments that included demographic variables were used: the Morisky–Green test (adherence) and the MINICHAL (quality of life). Results: Of a total of 210 patients, 20.5% were adherent, 51.4% evidenced health-related quality of life in a high range. Between the variable Adherence to pharmacological treatment and Health-related quality of life, the test obtained a significance value of 0.008 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a relationship. Conclusions: The greater the adherence to treatment, the better the quality of life; and as non-adherent people increase, health-related quality of life decreases.

Adherence to physiotherapeutic treatment and upper limb disability in hemiplegic patients at the OMAPED Chupaca, Junín 2023

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between adherence to physiotherapeutic treatment and upper limb disability in hemiplegic patients at OMAPED Chupaca, Junín in 2023. Materials and Methods: This is a non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive-correlational, and cross-sectional study. The sample will consist of 50 users from OMAPED Chupaca, Junín. The instruments used will be SMAN 1.0 to measure adherence to neurorehabilitation processes in adults and DASHe, the Disability Arm, Shoulder, and Hand Questionnaire. Data will be recorded in a sheet that meets the validation and reliability processes for the study. Results: It was found that 54% of the users have a medium level of adherence, 32% have a low level, and 14% have a satisfactory level of adherence to the rehabilitation treatment. As for upper limb disability, 22% show moderate difficulty, and 78% show severe difficulty. Among the users, 27 are women and 23 are men. The relationship between the variables of adherence to physiotherapeutic treatment and upper limb disability, measured by the Spearman Rho test rs = -0.828, shows a high negative correlation between the two. Conclusion: There is a significant inverse relationship between the study variables, meaning that greater adherence to physiotherapeutic treatment leads to less upper limb disability.

Adherence to supplementation with ferrous sulfate and hemoglobin level in children from 6 to 36 months of the Chazuta Health Center, San Martin 2023

Adherence to ferrous sulfate supplementation includes the indication and administration of iron, alone or with other vitamins and minerals, in the form of drops, syrup or tablets to supplement or maintain adequate levels of iron in the body. The main objective seeks to "Determine the relationship between adherence to supplementation with ferrous sulfate and the hemoglobin level in children from 6 to 36 months of age at the Chazuta-2023 Health Center." Deductive methods, correlational, cross-sectional descriptive design will be used. The demonstrated will be census including 100% of the population during the May-July period of this year. To collect the data, the survey technique will be used. For the level of adherence to ferrous sulfate supplementation, the instrument will be used. It is made up of 12 questions that are distributed in 3 dimensions, with 0.816, of Cronbach's alpha reliability. For the hemoglobin level, a technical sheet will be used with a dimension that is the hemoglobin dosage with four indicators. Both instruments modified and validated by Vera and Lora in the year 2020. The data will be statistically processed with the IBM SPSS 24.0 system, and the Pearson Rho test was used for the conversion.

Objective: To determine the relationship between adherence to treatment and quality of life in patients on hemodialysis. Methods: we worked with an applied methodology of correlational cross-section, of quantitative nature, with a sample of 90 patients on hemodialysis through the use of two questionnaires. After its application, data can be collected that will be coded and recorded in a database that will be statistically analyzed by the Spss 25.0 program, with a descriptive and inferential technique, the latter being through the Spearman test that will serve to verify the hypotheses of study and to be able to provide the conclusions of the case.

Objective: The purpose of the study is to determine how adherence to treatment is related to the quality of life in hypertensive people who attend a primary health care establishment in Chorrillos, 2023. Materials and methods: The quantitative approach and the correlational design were assumed. There was a sample of 116 patients with AHT, the technique used for data collection was the survey. The Morisky Green test and the MINICHAL were used as measurement instruments. Results: In the research hypothesis, there is a significant relationship between adherence to treatment and quality of life (p<0.05). In the specific hypotheses, a significant relationship was found in both cases (p<0.05). Conclusions: A significant link was found between the main variables.

This research aims to: Determine the relationship between treatment adherence and quality of life in older adult patients with high blood pressure in a hospital in Lima. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 90 elderly patients, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be “Martín-Bayarre-Grau” that will measure the degree of adherence to treatment by hypertension patients and the “MINICHAL” questionnaire to measure quality of life in older adult patients, which have already been validated; Both instruments have a statistical level of reliability (0.89 and 0.90 in Cronbach's alpha). The information collection will take approximately 30 minutes for each participant. Tables will be used for analysis and interpretation. graphics. Likewise, to contract the hypothesis, the Spearman Test will be used as a statistical estimate, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variables.

Objective: To determine the relationship between treatment adherence and quality of life in patients with hypertension who visit the health consultation at an EsSalud hospital in Lima, 2022. Materials and Methods: The method to be used is hypothetical/deductive; the type of research is basic, and the study approach is quantitative. The sample consisted of 125 participants aged 30 and over with hypertension, selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria for the research. To measure sociodemographic and family characteristics, the Minichal questionnaire was used. It presents 16 statements/items distributed into two factors/dimensions: "Mood," which has 10 items (1-10), and "Somatic Manifestations," which has 6 items (11-16), using a Likert scale ranging from "0" No, not at all; "1" Yes, somewhat; "2" Yes, quite a lot; and "3" general rating from 0 (better health perception) to 30 points (poorer health perception). The Morisky-Green test, consisting of 4 dichotomous Yes/No items, provides a general score ranging from 0 to 4.

Objective: "To determine how adherence to treatment is related and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at the Clinical Care private clinic - Ate Vitarte, Lima 2022". Method: The study was applied, with the support of a non-experimental design and under a hypothetical deductive method, data collected with validated and reliable instruments were correlated to measure quality of life and adherence to treatment in a sample of 81 patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment assigned to the clinic. Results: It was determined that quality of life is positively, well and statistically significantly related (Rho Spearman=0.681 and p=0.000) with adherence to treatment in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Similarly, it was found that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the economic (Rho Spearman=0.676 and p=0.000), community (Rho Spearman=0.557 and p=0.000) and family (Rho Spearman=0.623 and p=0.000) dimensions of quality of life and adherence to treatment in patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis treatment at the Clinical Care private clinic - Ate Vitarte, Lima 2022.

Adherence to treatment is an important element of the cardiac patient's quality of life. Objective To determine how adherence to treatment is associated with quality of life in patients with heart failure. The work is framed in the quantitative approach, it uses the hypothetical-deductive method, it is correlational in scope, the population will be made up of 80 patients with a diagnosis of heart failure who attend the cardiology clinic, 2 instruments structured on the Likert scale will be applied, with validity and reliability are standardized scales used in Peru in 2019. The data will be processed in the Excel program and then analyzed with SPSS, where descriptive and inferential analyzes will be made, applying Spearman's Rho hypothesis test, the Data will be presented in cross tables to give a broader vision of the variables and dimensions, throughout the investigation the ethical aspects of scientific research have been complied with and will continue to be complied with.

The method used is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach. It is type applied and the correlational design. The sample is 80 patients. The investigation have a census sample, due to the sample and the population are the same. The instruments used are made up of two questionnaires for each variable, then there will be analyzed and systematized. First at all, the acquired data will be reflected in Microsoft Excel tables, thereupon it will be analyzed using the SPSS 25 program.
