Ítem Acceso abierto Benevolence as a strategy to strengthen trust relationships between nursing managers and healthcare staff(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-11-12) Ramírez Chuquizuta, Nery Luz; Mendigure Fernandez, JulioObjective: To systematize available evidence on benevolence as an effective strategy to strengthen trust relationships between nursing managers and healthcare staff. Materials and Methods: This is a systematic review of 10 articles from databases LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, and PUBMED. The search was restricted to full-text articles, and the selected articles were critically reviewed, mainly consisting of descriptive and qualitative reviews from international countries. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 80% (n=8/10) show that benevolence, as emotional support, is an important factor in interpersonal relationships in personnel management within organizations, facilitating trust between nursing professionals. Conclusions: Regarding the benefits for the nursing profession, benevolence is essential in fostering trust within organizations as it facilitates high performance, cooperation, and job satisfaction among workers. Health service managers should not only ensure the provision of good healthcare services but also focus on cultivating interpersonal relationships of trust with their staff and address their emotional well-being, which is facilitated by benevolence.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of coaching to strengthen nursing leadership(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-01-27) Cotrina Montenegro, Esther Graciela de los Milagros; Mendigure Fernández, JulioSystematic, observational, retrospective review. Methodology This research has a deductive method with a quantitative, prospective and cross-sectional approach and has a sample made up of 62 patients. Results In this research work we want to ensure that patients can know their emotional state, therefore the nursing staff will play an important role in providing affection from the first contact they have with the patient, performing relaxation techniques, sessions in those who interact with their other classmates, making them participate in festivities throughout the year, sharing on special dates such as their birthday so that in this way confidence can be improved and they can cope with the process to which they are going to be subjected and consequently their level. stress improves. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; The sample will consist of 60 parents, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be the servqual questionnaire that will measure the satisfaction of the care perceived by parents and the Nyberg Caring Assessment Scale questionnaire (Humanized Care Evaluation Scale). which are already validated; Both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability (0.75 in Cronbach's alpha). The data collection will take approximately 30 minutes for each participant. Tables and graphs will be used for analysis and interpretation. . Methodology: The population will be made up of 100 hospitalized adults receiving chemotherapy and who met selection criteria. Instrument: The “Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale” questionnaire will be applied, grouped into 5 dimensions of personal satisfaction, equanimity, feeling good alone, self-confidence and perseverance. Regarding the data collection technique, the survey will be used and as an instrument 2 validated and reliable questionnaires, which work with a Likert scale; Likewise, the measurement of the nursing care variable will be with good, average and bad levels; and the prevention of complications will be worked with the optimal, regular and deficient levels. Physical labor, societal pressure, and financial restrictions can cause caregivers to eventually suffer from physical and emotional exhaustion, that is, stress. The increase is a risk of collapse, depleting resources, influencing the mental, physical and social health of the person in charge, and devaluing their quality of life. The caregiver surcharge is a perception of the care of individuals who depend on the caregiver or manager. The main purpose of the study is to define the relationship between overload and quality of life of schizophrenic patients in a hospital in Ayacucho -2022. This research uses correlational and quantitative methodology. The population sample is 100 caregivers of schizophrenia patients from a hospital in Ayacucho from June to December 2022. To clarify the link between the quality of life of those in charge and the recharge, the Zarit Reever and Col scale (1980) is used. ), a tool that records 22 items, and three body, emotional and social dimensions, with a confidence level of 0.87, with the statistic, Alpha of Cronbach. The questionnaire approved by Testa, 1996 was used with a Cronbach's Alpha confidence factor of 0.92. The study had a quantitative approach, of applied type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a correlational scope, the method used was the hypothetical deductive method. The total population was 4,000 workers and the sample was 351 workers, which was determined through a formula with a 5% margin of error and a 95% confidence level. The instruments used were the Sonia Palma Work Climate Scale (CL-SPC) and the Scale designed by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization (ILO-WHO), “Work Stress Scale”, for the application Informed consent was applied to both instruments.
