Método de investigación hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, la población que la Constituida por 52 pacientes con Tuberculosis Multidrogoresistente de acuerdo al registro de pacientes del Centro de Salud Materno Infantil El Progreso del distrito de Carabayllo de la DIRIS Lima Norte, Las técnicas que se utilizarán en el estudio de investigación serán dos encuestas: la primera es sobre la calidad de cuidado enfermero y la segunda actitud del paciente frente al tratamiento multidrogoresistente. La validez del instrumento se determinó mediante la prueba binomial de Juez de Expertos, la cual estuvo conformada por ocho profesionales con experiencia en la ESNPYCTB y docentes de Investigación en Enfermería, siendo sus opiniones, recomendaciones y sugerencias tomadas en cuenta para mejorar el instrumento. Materials and Methods: Systematic, observational and retrospective review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. using the grade system to assign recommendation strength. In the final selection, 10 international research articles were chosen, where we found that 20% (02) corresponds to Italy, 20% (02) South Africa, with 10% (1) France, Belarus, England, China, Canada, India. These were found in the Pubmed database. Among the high evidence articles we find 50% of the countries of India, Canada, China, Italy and England. And with 50% moderate evidence to France, Italy, Belarus, South Africa Results: 100% of the reviewed articles (n=10/10) show that bedaquiline has the potential to achieve high sputum culture conversion rates at the sixth month of treatment in patients with tuberculosis.Ítem Acceso abierto Risk of alcohol consumption for treatment adherence in adults with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-09-02) Ccasani Barrios, Carmen Rosa; Cruz Luna, Esther Cecilia; Borda Izquierdo, AlejandroObjective: To evaluate the evidence on the implications of alcohol consumption for treatment adherence in adults with Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Materials and Methods: The systematic review synthesizes the results of multiple primary studies. It is an essential component of Evidence-Based Nursing, involving a systematic investigation of findings in the research. Scientific articles selected to support this objective were analyzed using the GRADE method, an instrument that evaluates the effectiveness of evidence. Results: The final selection included 10 articles, which found that alcohol consumption affects MDR-TB treatment in the following countries: Belarus (37.8%), South Africa (64%), Kerala-India (87.5%), Western India (22%), Karnataka-India (52.2%), South Africa (26.8%), Ethiopia (29.6%), Peru (23.6%), Baltic countries (70%), and the Philippines (75%). Most of the studies were case-control or cohort studies (100%). All 10 articles reviewed found that alcohol consumption leads to non-adherence to MDR-TB treatment. Conclusions: All the articles analyzed (100%) confirm that alcohol consumption negatively impacts treatment adherence in adults with Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis.
