Conocimiento de la vacuna contra el virus del papiloma humano y grado de aceptación de tutores de alumnos de primaria de una institución educativa de Jaén, 2024

El propósito de esta investigación se trata de determinar la relación entre el nivel de entendimiento y el nivel de aprobación para la aplicación de la vacuna contra el VPH en los tutores de alumnos de quinto grado de la Escuela Primaria 16002 Ex 508, situada en la ciudad de Jaén. Es un estudio cuantitativo que adopta una perspectiva hipotético-deductiva y adopta un diseño transversal no experimental. La muestra contará con 186 tutores de alumnos de quinto grado de primaria. Para la recopilación de datos, se utilizará el método de la encuesta para ambas variables, con respecto al conocimiento consta de 21 preguntas en tres dimensiones: conceptos básicos; administración de la vacuna; y mitos cada una de ellas consta de 7 ítems. La segunda variable consiste en una dimensión de aceptación de la vacunación que incluye 11 elementos. Para el procesamiento de la información se llevará a cabo un análisis utilizando el software estadístico SPSS versión 26, a través del cual se generarán tablas de porcentajes para estudiar detalladamente cada variable. Con el fin de contrastar la hipótesis, se utilizará el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson. Ambas herramientas fueron aprobadas por expertos y presentan una confiabilidad de Cronbach adecuada para su uso: (0.7284), (0.80).

Cost-effectiveness of implementing the human papillomavirus vaccine in a national immunization program

Objective: Systematize the evidence of cost-effectiveness in the implementation of the human papillomavirus vaccine in an immunization program. Materials and Methods: A systematic review of the 10 scientific articles that synthesizes the multiple investigations was used. Which are part of evidence-based nursing due to its rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions, the articles were found in the following database Scielo, Lipecs, Lilacs, Medline and Pubmed. 10 articles were chosen, from countries such as South Africa, Brazil, Croatia, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Spain. Considering the research designs, nine Cohort studies and one randomized clinical trial were included. Results: Of the total of 10 articles analyzed, 100% show a cost effectiveness in the implementation of the human papillomavirus vaccine in an immunization program. . Conclusions: It was evident that the 10 articles refer that there is Cost Effectiveness in the implementation of the vaccine against the human papillomavirus in an immunization program, showing in the articles that in their respective countries the incidence of cervical cancer caused by human papillomavirus despite the high cost of the vaccine.

Effectiveness in the prevention of neoplasia with the administration of the human papillomavirus vaccine in men

Objective: to systematize the evidence on the effectiveness in preventing neoplasia with the administration of the Human Papillomavirus vaccine in men. Methodology: it is a Systematic Review where it synthesizes some results from various investigations. Likewise, it is an essential part of Evidence-Based Nursing, therefore the search has been restricted to scientific articles with high quality of evidence and with an appropriate strength of recommendation. Results: in the exhaustive selection, at the end, 10 scientific articles were chosen, among which we found systematic reviews, randomized controlled clinical trials and case-control studies where of the total articles collected, 100% affirm that the application of the vaccine against HPV in men is effective in preventing neoplasia and other infections. Conclusions: it was evident that the included investigations show a high degree of immunological effectiveness, therefore, when HPV vaccines are administered it results in prevention of the development of genital warts, pre-cancerous lesions, and most importantly, adequate prevention. of HPV infection, in this sense all of this contributes to a possible decrease in various types of neoplasms related to men.

Factores que influyen el rechazo a la vacunación del virus papiloma humano en padres de familia de una institución educativa, Huarmey 2025

Los factores de rechazo a la vacunación del VPH en los padres de familia son relevantes ya que la decisión final esta influenciada por factores cognitivos, sociodemográficos y de percepción, es por el presente estudio el Objetivo: Establecer cuáles son los factores que influyen al rechazo a la vacunación del Virus de Papiloma humano en los padres de familia de los alumnos de 9 a 17 años de la Institución Educativa Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, Huarmey 2025. Materiales y metodología: Método hipotético, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y correlacional, como Instrumento se hizo uso de un cuestionario de 31 preguntas. Población: 473 padres de familia, obtenida a través del muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. Resultados: los factores de rechazo si influyen a la vacunación del VPH, hallado con rho de Spearman 0.615** indica la relación es modera a fuerte, así mismo el factor cognitivo tiene influencia a la vacunación del VPH el valor de Rho de Spearman 0.396 indica una relación positiva y moderada, respecto al factor sociodemográfico no influye a la vacunación con el resultado de rho de Spearman 0.155 donde hay una relación débil y finalmente el factor de percepción influye a la vacunación puesto que Rho de Spearman es de 0.54 lo cual existe una relación moderada a fuerte. Conclusión: Los factores cognitivos y de percepción si influyen a la vacunación del VPH y los factores sociodemográficos no influyen a la vacunación del VPH en los padres de familia de la IE Inca Garcilaso de la Vega Huarmey-2025.

Knowledge and acceptance of the human papillomavirus vaccine in parents of a private educational institution, Miraflores, 2022

Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and acceptance of the HPV vaccine in parents. Materials and methods: This research has a quantitative approach, in terms of the methodological design it is descriptive and cross-sectional. The research was carried out in a private educational institution in the Miraflores district. The data collection technique was the survey and two instruments were used to evaluate knowledge and acceptance of the vaccine. Results: 92% of parents have high knowledge of the HPV vaccine, of parents with high knowledge, 82.8% accept the vaccine. In the “basic knowledge” dimension, of parents with high knowledge, 89.6% accept the vaccine Conclusions: the level of knowledge that parents have about the HPV vaccine is related to accepting that their daughters be vaccinated.

Knowledge and attitudes about human papillomavirus vaccine in parents of girls aged 9 to 13 years from an educational institution, Lima 2022

Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes about the human papillomavirus vaccine in parents of girls from 9 to 13 years of age at the educational institution, Lima 2022. Methodology: hypothetical deductive, quantitative and correlational, 113 parents of family, selected by convenience, excluding 4 parents who did not meet the criteria. The technique used was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument (Human Papillomavirus Vaccine Questionnaire and HPV Vaccine Attitude Scale). The statistical test used is Spearman's Rho. Results: 69% of parents know about the human papillomavirus vaccine; 79.6% demonstrated knowledge of generalities and 77% of the way of administration; Regarding attitudes, 52.2% showed rejection of the vaccine; In addition, the percentage of parents who showed indifference (59.3%) and acceptance (78.6%) know more compared to those who do not know about the subject; However, when testing the hypotheses it was shown that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes (p=0.07), there is no relationship between the administration dimension and attitude (p=0.525), but knowledge about generalities and attitudes Yes, it showed a significant relationship (p=0.005). Concluding: the level of knowledge is not related to attitudes about the human papillomavirus vaccine in parents of girls aged 9 to 13 years from an educational institution in Lima, 2022.

Nivel de conocimiento y concientización sobre la vacunación contra el cáncer del cuello uterino y del virus del papiloma humano en mujeres que acuden al servicio de ginecología del Hospital II René Toche Groppo, 2025

Introducción: El cáncer cervicouterino es un problema significativo para la salud global debido a su alta incidencia y morbilidad. Por ende, el nivel de conocimiento y concientización es clave para identificar aquellas mujeres con mayor riesgo de desarrollar este cáncer. Objetivo: Fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento y concientización sobre la vacunación contra el cáncer de cuello uterino y el virus del papiloma humano en mujeres que acuden al servicio de ginecología del Hospital II Rene Toche Groppo (marzo - abril 2025). Material y métodos: Estudio transversal descriptivo que incluyó a mujeres que acudían al servicio de ginecología del Hospital II Rene Toche Groppo entre marzo a abril del 2025. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 300 mujeres y la muestra representativa fue de 170 participantes. Para medir el nivel de conocimiento se utilizó el cuestionario CCKP-64 modificado y para medir concientización se utilizó otro instrumento de Ogbolu M, Kozlovsky M. (2024). Los datos se recopilaron con dichos cuestionarios. Variables. Nivel de conocimiento y concientización. Para el análisis los datos fueron registrados en Excel y luego procesados en SPSS v25. Resultados: El total de participantes fue de 170 con una edad media de 34.6 años. Con relación al grado de instrucción el 45.9% contaban con educación secundaria, mientras, que solo el 2,4% eran mujeres sin estudios. Con respecto al lugar de origen el 62.4% provenían de zonas urbanas y 37.65% vivían en zonas rurales. En general, el 71.2% de las participantes poseían un conocimiento alto del cáncer del cuello uterino, 21.8% nivel de conocimiento medio, 7.1% nivel de conocimiento bajo y el 84% estuvieron concientizadas. Conclusión: Las participantes mostraron un nivel alto de conocimiento y concientización sobre la vacunación contra el cáncer de cuello uterino y el virus del papiloma humano.
