Objective: Systematize the evidence of the effectiveness in the intervention of nursery to offers a better attention and a better quality of life to the oncology patients. Material and Methods: Systematic inspection quantitative type, subdued by a critical selection, using the Grade’s systems for the identification of the evidences founded of the grade on the next database: Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Cochrane, all of it respond to the quantitative type and the designs of the study systematic inspection, goal- analysis, cohort study. According to the study obtained the systematic inspection on the present study, showed of the 10 academical research examined systematically the 50% (n= 5/10) is systematic inspection, the 40% (4/10) is cohort study and the 10% (1/10) is goal- analysis. According to the results obtained from the systematic inspection made on the present study, come from the countries like Spain (30%), Belgium (10%), USA (10%), Chile (10%), China (10%), Germany (10%), Cuba (10%) and Colombia (10%). Results: As well, the evidences founded the 100% (n= 10/10) point at the effectiveness in the intervention of nursery to offers a better attention and a better quality of life to the oncology patients. Conclusion: The effectiveness in the intervention of nursery offers a better attention and a better quality of life. The interventions offered by the nurse in the most of the cases managed an improvement on the patient with cancer and in the knowledge of the family.

Effectiveness of the use of mechanical ventilation destet protocols guided by nurses reducing the mechanical ventilation time in users hospitalized in intensive care unit
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-07) Misayauri Castro, Karina; Quispe Aponte, Nancy; Uturunco Vera, Milagros Lizbeth
Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of using mechanical ventilation weaning protocols guided by nurses in reducing the duration of mechanical ventilation in hospitalized patients in intensive care units. Materials and methods: A systematic, observational, and retrospective review of a quantitative nature, classifying 10 articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Results: 100% of the reviewed articles demonstrate a reduction in the duration of mechanical ventilation when weaning protocols are applied by respiratory therapists, nurses, or multidisciplinary teams. Conclusion: The application of mechanical ventilation weaning protocols significantly reduces the duration of mechanical ventilation for hospitalized patients in Intensive Care Units, also directly reducing complications and mortality.

Efficacy of the prone position used in the patient with acute respiratory distress syndrome in the intensive care unit
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Choque Madueño, Dreysi Eliyana; Campos Taquire, Giovanna Victoria; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette Giselle
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the prone position used in patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in the Intensive Care Unit. Materials and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective review, the search was restricted to articles with full texts and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. In the final selection, 12 articles were chosen, we found that 42% (05) correspond to the United States, we found 25% (03) in France and 17% (2) in Korea, while only 8% (01) we found Canada and Colombia respectively. . Most of the Meta-analysis studies have been studied with 50%. Among the systematic reviews we find 8.3% in Colombia, controlled clinical trials 33.3% in the United States, France, and we have 8.3% case-control studies belonging to France. Results: In the articles we found that 46.6% (08) affirm that the prone position reduces mortality in patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome in the prone position, we found 8.3% (01) affirm that the prone position is also safe in patients obese and improves oxygenation more than in non-obese patients and 8.3%(01) affirm that patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome In the prone position, the cardiac index improved. Conclusions: Of the total number of articles analyzed, 83.3% of the reviewed research affirm that there is effectiveness of the prone position used in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome in the intensive care unit, there is a better redistribution of gas volume in the lung. , improving the ventilation/perfusion ratio, thus reducing mortality and increasing the survival benefit of patients who were prone.

Knowledge and management of oxygen therapy in nurses of the adult emergency service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital 2022
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-10) Alayo Esparza, Elvia Soledad; Gamarra Bustillos, Carlos
Currently, oxygen therapy is a frequently used and effective therapeutic form used to treat ventilation/perfusion deficiencies, gas exchange and hypoventilation that cause hypoxemia. However, it is unknown if its effectiveness is linked to the management or practice of the nursing professional. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge in oxygen therapy and management by nurses in adult patients in the emergency service Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue Lima 2022. Method: The research method was deductive, whose research approach is quantitative. The type of research is also applied, with the research design being non-experimental, transversal, correlational and descriptive model. The population is made up of 30 nurses from the emergency service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital and the sample will be equal to the population, that is, 30 nurses from the emergency service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital. The instrument used is the questionnaire, considering the Likert scale to obtain quantitative data, with 15 items for each variable. To obtain reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated, resulting in 0.939 for the variable: Level of knowledge in oxygen therapy, a high reliability result, and for the variable: Management by nurses in adult patients, 0.948, a high reliability result. . Finally, the schedule and budget for the development of the research project were determined.

Nursing knowledge and practice on the use of sedoanalgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation in the ICU of a clinic in Lima 2022.
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-17) Mamani Quispe, Dennis Victor; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette Giselle
Sedation and analgesia is one of the safest and most effective techniques used in the treatment of critically ill patients; many studies indicate it as an essential tool in ICUs. Objective: To determine how nursing knowledge and practice regarding the use of sedation and analgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit of a Clinic in Lima are related in 2022. Material and methods: A quantitative, observational, correlational level, non-experimental, cross-sectional design approach is proposed. The population will be made up of 40 nursing professionals who work in the Intensive Care Unit of a Clinic in Lima. To know the level of knowledge, the Knowledge Questionnaire on Sedoanalgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation developed by Teniente in 2014 will be applied (validated instrument: 0.89 and Cronbach's Alpha: 0.86), to evaluate the nursing practice in Sedoanalgesia in patients with mechanical ventilation, the Checklist was used (validated = 0.93 and KR20 = 0.906) developed by Rojas and Cristancho in 2012. The instruments will be administered in person, with prior authorization of informed consent. A descriptive and correlational statistical analysis will be carried out.
