Methods: the study will be descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and intentional sample will be formed by convenience of 69 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Hospital to be studied. Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: 7 scientific articles were reviewed, whose main topic was the criteria and standards for the provision of nursing staff. Of all the articles that were found, the most relevant articles were included according to the level and quality of evidence, evaluating the agreement. and the discrepancy between the articles, and the least relevant ones were excluded. The articles were located in the databases: Scielo, Lilacs Lipecs, Medline. Conclusions: There are several diversified criteria and standards in Peru for the provision of nursing staff, which make coordinated work necessary at the level of the representative entities of Peruvian nurses. Health care companies or institutions do not apply a standardized model in the human resources management process. Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, correlational level, cross-sectional and quantitative approach. In relation to the population, 60 nursing professionals who work in emergency and hospitalization services were considered. Regarding the technique, the survey will be used and there will be two measurement instruments that will be applied. In relation to the instrument that measures patient safety culture, it contains 42 questions and covers five dimensions, within which are teamwork, communication, safety culture, supervision, and management and direction. Similarly, the nursing care quality instrument comprises 21 items and covers three dimensions defined as technical, operational and human, taking into consideration that the two questionnaires are valid in terms of reliability and validity. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to 8 articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. Published and indexed in scientific databases, dating back to the year 2000 and responding to articles published in Spanish, English and Portuguese. In the final selection, 4 articles were chosen, we found that 25% (01) corresponds to England, with 25% (01) to Spain, with 25% (01) to Brazil and while another 25% (01) we find Japan; Two systematic reviews and two cross-sectional studies were included. Results: 80% of the articles reviewed show that glutaraldehyde, compared to orthophthaldehyde, is the one that produces the most cytotoxicity at work, but that orthophthalaldehyde is still toxic. Material and methods: Information was collected from different articles according to the level of evidence and degree of recommendation. Thus, descriptive and correlational studies were selected. Results: The factors that intervene in the non-attendance of the CRED control of the boy and girl, the mothers and/or caregivers report that the nursing staff is insufficient and they have difficulties with the hours of care, with the waiting time, diversity of tasks of the home. Conclusions: It is detailed that in the range of 4 to 8%, fathers, mothers, caregivers have difficulties taking their children to the CRED due to work schedules, leaving their children in the care of minors, due to ignorance of the importance of the CRED, generating a significant gap between the children who attend the CRED and those who do not attend, which could be decisive, so that the children do not reach optimal development, causing them to be limited in their cognitive development and school performance, limiting their possibilities to access other levels of education, and with low economic productivity when they reach the adult stage of life. In the present work, the existing evidence on the effectiveness in the application of the prone position was systematically analyzed, of which 13 scientific articles with GRADE recommendation and strength of evidence were identified; These respond to different designs: randomized clinical trials; meta-analysis and systematic reviews of the last 10 years in countries such as Spain, the United Kingdom, Great Britain, the United States, Korea, Canada and China. Results: Of the 13 scientific articles, 100% indicate that there is effectiveness in prone positioning therapy, being chosen early and in prolonged periods, improving the hypoxemia compromise in patients with severe lung injury: ARDS. They were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine the strength and quality of the evidence. 50% (5/10) correspond to the quasi-experimental design, 40% (4/10) are of a systematic review methodological design and 10% (1/10) are a randomized clinical trial. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 60% (6/10) stated that job rotation potentially contributes to the reduction of musculoskeletal disorders associated with work and 40% (4/10) showed that there is no significant evidence for its application. of a job rotation program, since there was no alteration in the relationship between hours lost and the prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort. Material and methods: to prepare this work, the systematic review design was used, based on the GRADE evaluation system, with the purpose of evaluating the quality of each article selected from the reviewed databases ScientDirect, PubMed, EBSCO, Scielo. Results: the articles showed that 40% are randomized controlled trials, 20% systematic reviews, 10% clinical trials, 10% descriptive, 10% bibliographic reviews and 10% integrative reviews. On the other hand, in 90% of the articles evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing care using the kangaroo mother method to reduce pain in premature neonates. Meta-analysis, systematic reviews, randomized controlled trials, a randomized clinical study and a case-control study and Grade evaluation were used to classify the degree of evidence, which were found in the following databases: PubMed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, Sciencedirect. Of the chosen articles belong to the following countries: 1 Uganda, 1 Germany, 1 United States, 1 United Kingdom, 1 India, 1 Italy, 1 Vietnam, 1 Uruguay, 1 Chile, 1 Mexico. Within the evidence reviewed in this work, all support that skin-to-skin contact between the mother and the newborn is effective for their extrauterine adaptation. Coming to the conclusion that skin-to-skin contact is effective for adaptation to extrauterine life in the newborn. Because breastfeeding is promoted, it regulates the temperature of the newborn, maintains blood glucose levels and strengthens the emotional bond. Materials and Methods: Systematic review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. With a population of 10 items. Results: In the data search, the effectiveness of the challenge test in steam sterilization of surgical material was examined. According to the results obtained from the systematic review, they show that, of the total number of articles reviewed, 20% of these correspond to Brazil, 10% correspond to Cuba, 20% correspond to Argentina, 10% correspond to Mexico. According to the search of the different magazines mentioned Google Academic, DECS, SCIELO, LILACS, SOBECC Magazine. etc Conclusion: The systematic review 10 of 10 scientific articles, of the works were effective in the development of the challenge test in Steam Sterilization of Surgical Material, were found from the following databases PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, all of them correspond to the type and design of systematic review studies, prospective randomized clinical trials and cohort studies. Materials and methods: Systematic review of 10 articles extracted from the database: Epistemonikos, Pubmed, NCBI and Cochrane. 80% systematic reviews, 10% randomized controlled trial and 10% cohort study; 60% come from the USA, 20% from Canada, 10% from Italy and 10% from Europe. The GRADE system was carried out, quality of evidence 90% high and 10% moderate, strength of evidence 90% strong and 10% weak. Results: The majority of the articles evidenced the effectiveness of the training to improve the safety and health of workers and the rest indicated that further research is required to determine the mechanism of action of the safety and health interventions, and simultaneously evaluate the worker well-being and the applicability of occupational health and safety. Conclusions: Training favors the acquisition of greater knowledge and the commitment to adopt safe practices in the execution of tasks. Material and methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: The population was made up of the bibliographic review of 13 scientific articles published and indexed in the Scielo, Pubmed, Medline, Lilacs databases, no older than ten years and that respond to articles published in the Spanish language. This work makes it clear that 92 percent (12 studies) prove that the use of therapeutic hypothermia is effective after cardiac arrest; while 8 percent (1 study) show that it is not effective. Conclusions: The studies reviewed show that therapeutic hypothermia in intensive care units is associated with a relative reduction in hospital mortality in patients with cardiac arrest, therefore we can affirm that therapeutic hypothermia is effective in reducing mortality in patients with cardiac arrest. cardiac, a stable temperature of 32-34°C must be maintained for 24 hours
