    Los derechos laborales del personal de salud en los periodos de emergencia sanitaria, Lima, 2024

    Los trabajadores de salud se exponen a todos los posibles peligros y riesgos de una emergencia sanitaria; sin embargo, a consecuencia de la pandemia del Covid-19, se generaron críticas sobre la transgresión de sus derechos. En tal entendido, este estudió planteó establecer si los períodos de emergencia sanitaria inciden en los derechos laborales del personal de salud en Lima. Con un enfoque cualitativo de tipo básico, diseño de teoría fundamentada, utilizando la guía de entrevista y la documentación respectiva se concluyó que en los periodos de emergencia sanitaria se transgreden los derechos de los profesionales de la salud ante la precariedad de condiciones seguras y saludables en los centros hospitalarios, contrataciones bajo regímenes temporales, no dotación de equipos de protección personal, sobre cargas o exceso de trabajo sin el pago de sus salarios a tiempo, entre otros, generando el deterioro tanto físico como en la salud mental de los trabajadores de la salud.

    Relación entre condiciones de trabajo y estrés laboral considerando la composición sociodemográfica en docentes de una universidad privada, Lima 2024

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between working conditions and job stress among faculty members at a private university in Lima, considering their sociodemographic composition, in order to identify significant differences by gender and other variables. To this end, a descriptive and correlational quantitative approach was adopted, administering surveys to a sample of 100 faculty members. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tests such as the Chi-square test and Spearman's correlativo, which allowed us to examine both the association between the dimensions of working conditions and job stress, as well as the influence of sociodemographic characteristics on these variables. The results revealed significant differences in the perception of working conditions based on gender, age, and marital status. Young women and teachers with less job stability exhibited higher levels of stress and difficulties in regulating their work. Additionally, critical factors such as excessive workload and job insecurity were associated with stress among university teachers. The correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between working conditions and teacher stress, indicating that negative perceptions regarding time management, workload, and access to resources were strongly associated with higher levels of stress. In conclusion, this research found significant differences in some variables, such as marital status and working at multiple universities by gender. However, no significant differences were found in aspects such as academic degree and employment condition. These findings highlight the diversity in the working situation of teachers and underscore the need to consider these differences in academic planning.
