Coming to the conclusion that: there is a very significant relationship at the level of bilateral significance which is 0.00, which is less than 0.05 according to the chi square test, which tells us that "Drug consumption is related to infractions committed by the minors intervened in the Depincri Callao in 2022.” Accepting the general hypothesis in this way, it was also found that both legal and illegal drugs are related to infractions of criminal law committed by minors.Publicación Acceso abierto Consumo de drogas y su relación con las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes intervenidos por la PNP en la región Ayacucho 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-17) Sosa Chaico, Yulisa Ruth; Jáuregui Montero, José AntonioThe objective of this research was to “Determine the relationship between drug use and the offenses committed by adolescents intervened by the PNP in the Ayacucho region, 2019”, for which purpose, work was carried out under basic research with a high level correlational. The instrument applied to collect the data was the document analysis guide generated from the indicators established for each of the variables. To corroborate and contrast the study hypothesis, it was verified with the Spearman correlation coefficient, where it is concluded that emotional dependence is related to intrafamily violence. These study variables are positively related to each other to a moderate degree (r = 0.560). In other words, it is established that emotional dependence is related to domestic violence in women between 25 and 45 years old. Likewise, it was found that emotional dependence is related to the dimensions of psychological abuse, physical violence and sexual violence, since they presented a significance of less than 5% (p <0.05). Finally, the recommendations of the case are provided, such as: Promotion, prevention and intervention, in order to reduce or eliminate this social problem of family violence and avoid some type of femicide.Publicación Acceso abierto Determinación de la hormona gonadotropina coriónica humana en manchas secas de sangre para la aplicación en la escena del delito - Distrito Fiscal de Ica 2020-2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-04-20) Meléndez Curasi, José Alejandro; Montellanos Cabrera, Henry SamThe human chorionic gonadotropin hormone (HCG) begins to be produced in large quantities after the implantation of the zygote, and a series of laboratory tests have been designed for clinical diagnosis; in the field of criminalistics there is a high casuistry of crimes against pregnant women, and the blood remains at the scenes where the events occurred; The objective of this study was to determine the permanence of the human chorionic gonadotropin hormone in dried blood spots of pregnant women, who remain at the scene of a crime, 22 venous blood samples were collected from pregnant women, from these samples Blood stains were produced on cotton cloth supports, the same ones that were left to dry in the environment for three months, from these stains the determination of the hormone was carried out using two methods, a qualitative immunochromatographic method and a quantitative ELISA method. It was obtained as a result that 100% of the blood spots were positive for the HCG hormone. Finally, it was concluded that HCG remains unchanged in dried blood stains from pregnant women; In addition, no differences were found in the determination of the hormone, between the qualitative method by immunochromatography and the quantitative method by ELISA, with both methods a sensitivity and specificity of 100% was found in the samples tested; it is recommended that the HCG dry spot test be implemented in the forensic field.Publicación Acceso abierto La disfuncionalidad familiar y los estudiantes infractores a través de la peritación psicológica - CEBA Miguel Grau, Lima 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-29) Jimenez Cardoza, Emigdio Francisco; Montellanos Cabrera, Henry SamThe present research aims to reveal the degree of influence that dysfunctional families exert on the students of CEBA "Miguel Grau" night shift, face-to-face mode, from Magdalena del Mar, Lima 2020, for this research a sample of 130 Students of the faceto-face modality, being a mixed population of 67 women and 63 men, it is a Basic Descriptive investigation, it uses two variables, one independent and one dependent, the approach is quantitative with statistical procedures and data collection, the research design is not experimental, it is cross-sectional. Also, 73% of the judges, prosecutors and lawyers said that practical reinforcement always affects the improvement of the training of ballistic experts. It is concluded that for the hypothesis test the p-value is 0.000 (Pearson's Chi-square), less than the value of significance 0.05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted; it is inferred that there is an association between the academic training of experts and the quality of the expert opinion in the Judicial District of Huánuco; that is to say, the higher the academic training, the higher the quality of the expert opinion.Publicación Acceso abierto La pericia contable y el lavado de activos en las agencias de viajes y turismo en la ciudad de Lima – 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-31) Cárdenas Torres, Pamela Patricia; Orellano Benancio, LizbardoThe objective of the research was to determine how accounting expertise is related to money laundering control in travel and tourism agencies in the city of Lima, in the period 2023. The methodological design is deductive. It presents a quantitative approach, the study is applied, a "non-experimental"-transversal correlational research design. The population consisted of 107 chartered accountants of the REPEJ of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, with knowledge of tourism companies, of which eighty-three chartered accountants were taken as a sample. The instrument used was the questionnaire. The result obtained with Sphearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.525 and a highly significant probability value (p) of 0.000, which reveals a direct and moderate relationship between accounting expertise and money laundering in travel and tourism agencies in Lima during the period studied. This indicates that the association between accounting expertise and money laundering is not random; on the contrary, there is a statistically significant correlation. The research showed that accounting expertise plays a relevant role as solid evidence in cases of asset imbalance and unjustified asset growth, and its importance and strength can determine acquittals or convictions for money laundering. These results provide valuable information for travel and tourism agencies, as well as for judicial and fiscal processes; at the same time, the importance of the elaboration of the accounting expertise as evidence during the evidentiary and trial stage is highlighted.Publicación Acceso abierto Perspectiva criminalística de la afectación psicológica y violencia familiar en adolescentes de hogares infractores de la Ley 30364 de Víctor Fajardo, Ayacucho 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-29) Culqui Mas, Melissa Jasmin; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosThe present investigation intends to demonstrate and know from the criminalistic perspective, what is the relationship between psychological affectation and family violence in adolescents from homes that violate Law 30364 of Víctor Fajardo, Ayacucho 2023?, with the objective of determining the relationship of the psychological affectation and family violence in adolescents from homes that violate Law 30364 of Víctor Fajardo, Ayacucho 2023.
