Trabajo en equipo y motivación en el personal de enfermería de un centro vacunatorio Covid – 19 en Lima – 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el trabajo en equipo y la motivación en el personal de enfermería de un centro vacunatorio en Lima, 2022. Materiales y métodos: el estudio fue tipo correlacional; retrospectivo, transversal y no experimental. Se analizaron la variable trabajo en equipo y motivación en una población de 83 personal de enfermería quienes trabajaron en un centro vacunatorio COVID 19 en Lima, 2022. Se utilizó un instrumento confiable con un alfa de Cronbach de 0,844 para la variable trabajo en equipo y otro instrumento confiable mediante un alfa de Cronbach de 0,839 para motivación. Resultados: Se halló una correlación positiva y moderada entre trabajo en equipo y motivación (p=0,000); entre la dimensión cohesión y motivación (Rho: 0,546) correlación positiva-moderada. Con respecto a la dimensión roles (Rho: 0,418) también se halló una relación positiva-moderada. Con la dimensión adaptabilidad (Rho: 0,346) correlación positiva y baja. Con la dimensión permeabilidad (Rho: 0,303) correlación positiva baja. Con la dimensión comunicación (Rho: 0,407) correlación positiva moderada. Con la dimensión afectividad (Rho: 0,244) correlación positiva y baja. Finalmente con dimensión armonía (Rho: 0,398) correlación positiva baja. Conclusión: existe una relación significativa entre trabajo en equipo y motivación en el personal de enfermería de un centro vacunatorio COVID 19 en Lima, 2022.

Objetive: To determine the consequence between teamwork and motivation in the nursing staff of a vaccination center in Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: the study was correlational; retrospective, cross-sectional and non-experimental. The variable teamwork and motivation were analyzed in a population of 83 nursing personnel who worked in a COVID 19 vaccination center in Lima, 2022. A reliable instrument with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.844 was used for the variable teamwork and another reliable instrument through a Cronbach's alpha of 0.839 for motivation. Results: A positive and moderate correlation was found between teamwork and motivation (p=0.000); between the dimension cohesion and motivation (Rho: 0.546) positive-moderate correlation. Regarding the role dimension (Rho: 0.418), a positive-moderate relationship was also found. With the adaptability dimension (Rho: 0.346) positive and low correlation. With the permeability dimension (Rho: 0.303) low positive correlation. With the communication dimension (Rho: 0.407) moderate positive correlation. With the affective dimension (Rho: 0.244) positive and low correlation. Finally, with the harmony dimension (Rho: 0.398), a low positive correlation. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between teamwork and motivation in the nursing staff of a COVID 19 vaccination center in Lima, 2022.
