Complicación materna perinatal asociada con el diagnóstico de anemia, en un Centro de salud del Valle Sagrado, 2021

Abstract

En el estudio el objetivo fue determinar como la complicación materna perinatal se asocia con el diagnóstico de anemia. El método utilizado en el estudio fue deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, analítico correlacional y el diseño fue no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por las historias clínicas de las gestantes adolescentes como adultas que tuvieron diagnóstico de anemia y presentaron alguna complicación materna perinatal durante su estadía en el Centro de Salud del Valle Sagrado durante, siendo un total de 205 gestantes. Los resultados encontrados en el estudio fueron: el 71.7% tuvieron anemia de nivel leve y el 28.3% presentó anemia de nivel moderado. Las complicaciones maternas más frecuentes son: infección urinaria (17.6%), ruptura prematura de membranas (10.2%) e hipertensión arterial (44%). Las complicaciones perinatales más frecuentes fueron: bajo peso al nacer (6.3%), prematuros (5.9%), retardo de crecimiento intrauterino (3.9%). En el análisis estadístico de Rho Spearman se encontró correlación directa y significativa entre las dimensiones complicaciones maternas (0.968; p=0.018) perinatales (0.802; p=0.030) con el diagnóstico de anemia en gestantes. Se concluye que la complicación materna perinatal tiene correlación directa (0.990) y significativa (p=0.014) con el diagnóstico de anemia en gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud del Valle Sagrado.

In the study, the objective was to determine how the perinatal maternal complication is associated with the diagnosis of anemia. The method used in the study was deductive with a quantitative, analytical correlational approach and the design was non-experimental. The population was made up of the medical records of pregnant adolescents as adults who had a diagnosis of anemia and presented some perinatal maternal complication during their stay at the Valle Sagrado Health Center, with a total of 205 pregnant women. The results found in the study were: 71.7% had mild anemia and 28.3% had moderate anemia. The most frequent maternal complications are: urinary infection (17.6%), premature rupture of membranes (10.2%) and arterial hypertension (44%). The most frequent perinatal complications were: low birth weight (6.3%), premature birth (5.9%), and intrauterine growth retardation (3.9%). In the Rho Spearman statistical analysis, a direct and significant correlation was found between the dimensions of maternal complications (0.968; p=0.018) and perinatal complications (0.802; p=0.030) with the diagnosis of anemia in pregnant women. It is concluded that the perinatal maternal complication has a direct (0.990) and significant (p=0.014) correlation with the diagnosis of anemia in pregnant women treated at the Sacred Valley Health Center.
