Uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en la educación virtual y su efecto en la salud de escolares en tres instituciones educativas de Junín - Perú, 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en la educación virtual y su efecto en la salud de los escolares. Método: Hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y correlacional. Se usó un instrumento elaborado por la investigadora validado por 10 jueces expertos y un alfa de Cronbach de .815, con un nivel de significancia de 0.5 en ambas variables, la población lo conformaron escolares de tres Instituciones Educativas del Distrito del Tambo, Departamento de Junín Perú. Resultados: Se encuestó a 481 escolares, dentro de los factores personales el sexo que mayor predominó es el masculino (57%), la edad que predominó fue la de 11 años (31,2%), y el grado que cursaban fue 5to grado (30.6%). Se contrastó la hipótesis general existiendo relación significativa entre el uso de las TIC en la educación virtual con la salud de los escolares (Rho=,343). También hubo correlación significativa entre el uso de las TIC con la dimensión ocular (Rho=,167), de la misma forma hubo correlación significativa entre el uso de las TIC con la dimensión salud bucal (Rho=,230), el uso de las TIC con la dimensión salud mental la correlación fue significativa (Rho=,360), de igual forma hubo correlación significativa entre el uso de las TIC con la dimensión salud postural (Rho=,216), asimismo hubo correlación significativa entre el uso de las TIC con la dimensión por hábitos nutricionales (Rho=,226) Conclusión: Existe relación significativa entre el uso de las tecnologías de la investigación y la comunicación en la educación virtual y su efecto en la salud de los escolares en tres instituciones educativas de Junín-Perú, 2022.

Objective: To determine the relationship between the use of information and communication technologies in virtual education and its effect on the health of schoolchildren. Method: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, non-experimental and correlational design. An instrument prepared by the researcher, validated by 10 expert judges and a Cronbach's alpha of .815, with a significance level of 0.5 in both variables, was used. The population was made up of schoolchildren from three Educational Institutions of the Tambo District, Department of Junín. Peru. Results: 481 schoolchildren were surveyed, within the personal factors the sex that most predominated was male (57%), the age that predominated was 11 years (31.2%), and the grade they were in was 5th grade. (30.6%). The general hypothesis was contrasted, there being a significant relationship between the use of ICT in virtual education with the health of schoolchildren (Rho=.343). There was also a significant correlation between the use of ICTs with the ocular dimension (Rho=.167), in the same way there was a significant correlation between the use of ICTs with the oral health dimension (Rho=.230), the use of ICT with the mental health dimension the correlation was significant (Rho=.360), in the same way there was a significant correlation between the use of ICT with the postural health dimension (Rho=.216), likewise there was a significant correlation between the use of ICT with the dimension of nutritional habits (Rho=.226) Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the use of research and communication technologies in virtual education and its effect on the health of students in three educational institutions in Junín- Peru, 2022.
