Factores sociodemográficos y laborales asociados al Síndrome de Burnout en trabajadores de una municipalidad Lima, 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar los factores sociodemográficos y laborales asociados al Síndrome de Burnout en los trabajadores de una municipalidad Lima, 2022. Metodología: el presente estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, aplicado, alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental y método deductivo. La muestra fue de 216 trabajadores de la gerencia de Administración de una municipalidad, se utilizó dos cuestionarios el de Factores sociodemográficos y Laborales y el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory. La recolección de datos se realizó en el mes de Agosto, se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS v.s.20.00 Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la estadística descriptiva. Resultados: Se verificó que no existe asociación entre los factores sociodemográficos y laborales con el Síndrome de Burnout pues no hay diferencias significativas entre los factores mencionados. Y en las dimensiones Agotamiento emocional y despersonalización no existe asociación significativa, sin embargo en realización personal solo existe asociación con las horas laborales semanales. Respecto al nivel de Síndrome de Burnout es bajo.

Objective: To determine the sociodemographic and labor factors associated with the Burnout Syndrome in the workers of a Lima municipality, 2022. Methodology: The present study was quantitative, applied, correlational scope, nonexperimental design and deductive method. The sample consisted of 216 workers from the Administration management of a municipality, two questionnaires were used: the Sociodemographic and Labor Factors and the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire. Data collection was carried out in the month of August; the statistical package SPSS v.s. 20.00 was used. Descriptive statistics were used for statistical analysis. Results: It was verified that there is no association between sociodemographic and labor factors with the Burnout Syndrome since there are no significant differences between the mentioned factors. In the dimensions Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization there is no significant association, however in personal fulfillment there is only an association with weekly working hours. Regarding the level of Burnout Syndrome, it is low.
