Satisfacción sobre calidad de atención y conocimiento de las madres sobre vacunas en el servicio inmunizaciones Centro de Salud Villa Los Reyes Lima 2023

Abstract

El estudio de investigación en su objetivo” Determinar la relación entre la satisfacción sobre la calidad de atención y el conocimiento de mamas sobre vacunas en el servicio de inmunizaciones Centro de Salud Villa los Reyes Lima 2023”. La Metodología planteada es de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, de diseño no experimental, transversal. La población para el estudio se consideró a 384 madres que frecuentan con sus niños < 1 año que se encuentran en el consultorio de ESNI. Siendo que para hallar el tamaño de la muestra se utilizó mediante la fórmula de población finita con un total de 193 mamás que frecuentan ESNI, se optó por aplicar la estadística del muestreo probabilístico, ya que a todos se les permitirá tener la oportunidad de entrar con factibilidad, con un muestreo aleatorio simple. La recopilación de datos fueron dos cuestionarios, tales instrumentos aprobados para el entorno y problemática peruana. La variable satisfacción sobre la calidad de atención constituida por cuatro dimensiones y 17 ítems, la otra variable conocimiento de las madres tres dimensiones y 14 ítems. El análisis de datos se aplicó el programa SPSS25. Resultados el 50.3% de las madres tienen un nivel medio de satisfacción sobre la calidad de atención, el 30.1% nivel alto y con un 19.7% satisfacción bajo. Por la que el el 50.3% de las madres tienen conocimiento medio sobre vacunas; con conocimiento alto 30.1% y bajo 19.7% conocimiento de las madres sobre vacunas en el servicio de inmunizaciones del Centro de Salud Villa los Reyes. Conclusiones existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables. Con respecto a el valor de coeficiente de correlación de Spearman obtenido fue de = 0,998 nos muestra una relación positiva perfecta.

The research study in its objective "Determine the relationship between satisfaction with the quality of care and the knowledge of mothers about vaccines in the immunization service Villa los Reyes Health Center Lima 2023". The proposed Methodology is of an applied type, of a quantitative, correlational approach, of a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population for the study was considered 384 mothers who attend with their children <1 year of age who are in the ESNI office. Given that to find the size of the sample, the finite population formula was used with a total of 193 mothers who attend ESNI, it was decided to apply the statistics of probabilistic sampling, since everyone will be allowed to have the opportunity to enter with feasibility, with simple random sampling. The data collection consisted of two questionnaires, such instruments approved for the Peruvian environment and problems. The satisfaction variable on the quality of care constituted by four dimensions and 17 items, the other variable knowledge of the mothers three dimensions and 14 items. The data analysis was applied the SPSS25 program. Results 50.3% of mothers have a medium level of satisfaction with the quality of care, 30.1% high level and 19.7% low satisfaction. For which 50.3% of mothers have average knowledge about vaccines; with high knowledge 30.1% and low 19.7% knowledge of mothers about vaccines in the immunization service of the Villa los Reyes Health Center. Conclusions there is a significant relationship between both variables. Regarding the Spearman correlation coefficient value obtained, it was = 0.998, it shows us a perfect positive relationship.
