| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los trastornos mentales y resiliencia en el contexto COVID-19 en los pacientes del Puesto de Salud San Pedro de Casta-Huarochirí. Materiales y método: estudio cuantitativo, correlacional, no experimental, transversal-correlacional. La muestra fueron pacientes atendidos en consulta externa en el Puesto de Salud San Pedro de Casta-Huarochirí en el periodo de dic 2021 y enero 2022; elegidos de manera no probabilística 200 pacientes. Se utilizaron el cuestionario de Auto-reporte o Self Reporting Questionnaire (S.R.Q.18) y la escala de resiliencia de Connor - Davidson. La técnica de recolección de datos fue encuesta. Resultado: el 59,5% fueron de sexo femenino, 27% tienen edades entre 18 y 33 años, el 42,5% se encontraban casados, el 75% tuvieron secundaria, el 93,5% fueron independientes. Solo el 1,5% tuvieron diagnóstico de COVID-19. La mayoría de los pacientes presentaron una alta resiliencia (46,5%). La mayoría de los pacientes tuvieron baja probabilidad de trastornos mentales en Depresión - Ansiedad, Psicosis, Epilepsia, Alcoholismo (99%, 88%, 99%, 96,5%, respectivamente). Se encontró significancia entre Depresión - Ansiedad, Epilepsia, Alcoholismo y resiliencia (p=0,048; p=0,048; p=0,007; respectivamente). No se encontró significancia entre psicosis y resiliencia (p=0,884). Conclusión: Se encontró significancia estadística solo entre resiliencia y las dimensiones Depresión – Ansiedad, Epilepsia, Alcoholismo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: To determine the relationship between mental disorders and resilience in the COVID19 context in patients at the San Pedro de Casta-Huarochirí Health Post. Materials and method: quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, cross-correlational study. The sample was patients treated in outpatient clinic at the San Pedro de Casta-Huarochirí Health Post in the period of Dec 2021 and January 2022; 200 patients were chosen non-probabilistically. The Self-reporting questionnaire or Self Reporting Questionnaire (S.R.Q.18) and the Connor-Davidson resilience scale were used. The data collection technique was a survey. Result: 59.5% were female, 27% were between 18 and 33 years old, 42.5% were married, 75% had secondary school, 93.5% were independent. Only 1.5% had a diagnosis of COVID-19. Most of the patients presented high resilience (46.5%). Most of the patients had a low probability of mental disorders in Depression - Anxiety, Psychosis, Epilepsy, Alcoholism (99%, 88%, 99%, 96.5%, respectively). Significance was found between Depression - Anxiety, Epilepsy, Alcoholism and resilience (p=0.048, p=0.048, p=0.007, respectively). No significance was found between psychosis and resilience (p=0.884).
