Funcionamiento familiar y estilos de vida en adolescentes de un Asentamiento Humano de Lima Norte, 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar qué relación existe entre funcionamiento familiar y estilos de vida en adolescentes de un asentamiento humano de Lima Norte, 2023. Materiales y métodos: el estudio fue tipo correlacional, transversal y no experimental. Se analizaron la variable de funcionamiento familiar y estilos de vida en adolescentes de un asentamiento humano de Lima norte, 2023. Se utilizo el cuestionario de funcionamiento familiar (Test FF-SIL) y El Cuestionario del perfil de Estilo de vida “PEPS-I”. Resultados: En los primeros resultados de la tabla cruzada de los tipos de estilos de vida y los niveles de funcionamiento familiar. En los adolescentes con estilo de vida no saludable, hay un mayor porcentaje en el grupo de familia disfuncional (58.2%). En cuanto a los participantes con estilo de vida saludable, una mayor proporción se ubica en la categoría familia funcional buena (65.9%). Por conclusión: se obtuvo que existe una relación significativa entre funcionamiento familiar y estilos de vida en adolescentes de un asentamiento humano de Lima, 2023. Con la información anterior, se concluye que un adolescente con una familia de niveles altos de funcionalidad tiene relación con mostrar un estilo de vida saludable.

Objective: To determine the relationship between family functioning and lifestyles in adolescents from a human settlement in North Lima, 2023. Materials and methods: the study was correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental. The variable of family functioning and lifestyles in adolescents from a human settlement in northern Lima, 2023, were analyzed. The family functioning questionnaire (Test FF-SIL) and the Lifestyle Profile Questionnaire "PEPSI" were used. . Results: In the first results of the crossed table of the types of lifestyles and the levels of family functioning. In adolescents with an unhealthy lifestyle, there is a higher percentage in the dysfunctional family group (58.2%). Regarding the participants with a healthy lifestyle, a greater proportion is located in the good functional family category (65.9%). By conclusion: it was obtained that there is a significant relationship between family functioning and lifestyles in adolescents from a human settlement in Lima, 2023. With the previous information, it is concluded that an adolescent with a family of high levels of functionality is related to showing a healthy lifestyle.
