Orientación post vacuna y el cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación en lactantes de una clínica privada, Lima 2023

Abstract

La inmunización es parte fundamental de la vida del menor desde su nacimiento, es por tal motivo la necesidad de que madres involucradas en este estudio cumplan con el calendario de vacunas a fin de prevenir enfermedades que son prevenibles por vacunas. Objetivo: Fue el determinar si hay relación entre la orientación post vacuna y el cumplimiento del calendario de vacunación en lactantes de una Clínica Privada, Lima 2023. Los Materiales y metodología: En el actual estudio se usaron métodos hipotéticos/deductivos, siendo de tipo aplicada y de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, con corte transversal, siendo de nivel correlacional, su población estuvo constituida por 120 mamás de lactantes, se usaron como técnicas a la encuesta y análisis de datos, usando primero un breve cuestionario así mismo una tarjeta de captura de datos como instrumentos. Resultados: En un 47% fueron madres de 31 a 40 años, un 50.8% tuvo una formación académica superior técnico / universitario, existe relación entre el “cumplimiento del calendario de vacunas y la orientación post vacuna” obtuvo un Rho= 0.255, p< 0.05 siendo significativa, con respecto a las dimensiones solo la orientación entorno tuvo significancia con Rho: 0.267, p< 0.05. Conclusión: La variable orientación post vacuna resulto siendo positiva, directa y significativa es decir que existe relación entre el “cumplimiento del calendario de vacunas y la orientación post vacuna”, así mismo la dimensión orientación fue quien tuvo una relación directa, positiva para el cumplimiento de vacunas.

Materials and methodology: In the current study, hypothetical/deductive methods were used, being of an applied type and with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design, with a cross section, being of a correlational level, its population consisted of 120 nursing mothers, the survey and data analysis techniques were used, first using a brief questionnaire as well as a card data capture tools. Results: 47% were mothers from 31 to 40 years old, 50.8% had a higher technical / university academic training, there is a relationship between "compliance with the vaccination schedule and post-vaccination orientation" obtained a Rho = 0.255, p < 0.05 being significant, with respect to the dimensions only the environment orientation was significant with Rho: 0.267, p<0.05. Conclusion: The post-vaccine orientation variable turned out to be positive, direct, and significant, that is, there is a relationship between "compliance with the vaccination schedule and post-vaccination orientation", likewise, the orientation dimension was the one who had a direct, positive relationship for compliance. of vaccines.
