Factores asociados y lesiones cervicales uterinas en mujeres infectadas por el VIH en un hospital, Pucallpa 2022

Abstract

Con el objetivo de “Estimar los factores asociados y lesiones cervicales uterinas en mujeres infectadas por el VIH.” se realizó una investigación transversal, correlacional. Para tal fin se investigaron a 82 mujeres portadoras de VIH atendidas en el Hospital II Pucallpa, en el período comprendido entre enero - diciembre 2022, los datos se codificaron y se analizaron a través del programa estadístico SPSS. La investigación arrojó que la edad media de la primera relación sexual fue de 17,09 años (DE = 2,52). Asimismo, cincuenta (60,9%) de las mujeres infectadas por el VIH tuvieron su primera relación sexual antes de los 18 años. Sesenta y nueve (84,2%) de las participantes del estudio tuvieron más de una pareja sexual en su vida y solo el 23,2% (n=19) usaban preservativo, concluyendo que existe asociación entre el número de parejas sexuales (p = 0.032), el uso de anticonceptivos orales (p = 0.000), el esquema de tratamiento antirretroviral (p = 0.000), el tiempo de tratamiento antirretroviral (p = 0.031), la adherencia al tratamiento antirretroviral (p = 0.000), la carga viral (p = 0.001), la coinfección (p = 0.000) y la presencia de lesión cervical uterina en mujeres infectadas por VIH.

With the objective of “Estimating the associated factors and uterine cervical lesions in HIVinfected women.” A cross-sectional, correlational investigation was carried out. For this purpose, 82 HIV-positive women treated at Hospital II Pucallpa were investigated, in the period between January - December 2022, the data were coded and analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. The research showed that the average age of the first sexual relationship was 17.09 years (SD = 2.52). Likewise, fifty (60.9%) of the HIV-infected women had their first sexual relationship before the age of 18. Sixty-nine (84.2%) of the study participants had more than one sexual partner in their lives and only 23.2% (n=19) used a condom, concluding that there is an association between the number of sexual partners (p = 0.032), the use of oral contraceptives (p = 0.000), the antiretroviral treatment regimen (p = 0.000), the time of antiretroviral treatment (p = 0.031), the adherence to antiretroviral treatment (p = 0.000), the burden viral (p = 0.001), coinfection (p = 0.000) and the presence of uterine cervical lesion in HIV-infected women.
