Estilos de vida asociado al síndrome metabólico premórbido en pacientes adultos atendidos en el CAP II ESSALUD - Huanta 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación de los estilos de vida con el síndrome metabólico premórbido en pacientes adultos atendidos en el CAP II Essalud - Huanta 2023. Materiales y métodos: Estudio de tipo aplicada de alcance correlacional, no experimental de corte trasversal. Cuyas variables de estudio son estilos de vida y síndrome metabólico premórbido, en 365 pacientes adultos de ambos géneros atendidos en el CAP II Essalud - Huanta 2023. Se utilizó dos instrumentos “Cuestionario FANTASTICO para medir perfil de estilo de vida) y guía de “Criterios del National Cholesterol Education Program, Third Adult Treatment Panel (NCEP) ATP III”). Resultados: El 23,0% presento síndrome metabólico premórbido, por otro lado, los pacientes con estilo de vida muy malo, el 81.8% presentan síndrome metabólico premórbido; en cambio, en los niveles malo, regular, saludable y excelente prevalece la no presencia de síndrome metabólico premórbido; en el caso del nivel excelente, el 94.1% no presentan el síndrome; además los pacientes con excelente alimentación saludable, el 94.7% no presentan el síndrome metabólico premórbido. Se encontró diferencia significativa entre estilos de vida (p=0,000) y síndrome metabólico premórbido. Conclusión: Hay relación entre la variable estilos de vida y síndrome metabólico premórbido en pacientes adultos atendidos en el CAP II Essalud - Huanta 2023.

Results: 23.0% presented premorbid metabolic syndrome, on the other hand, patients with a very bad lifestyle, 81.8% presented premorbid metabolic syndrome; On the other hand, in the bad, fair, healthy and excellent levels, the absence of premorbid metabolic syndrome prevails; in the case of the excellent level, 94.1% do not present the syndrome; In addition, 94.7% of patients with an excellent healthy diet do not present premorbid metabolic syndrome. A significant difference was found between lifestyles (p=0.000) and premorbid metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the lifestyle variable and premorbid metabolic syndrome in adult patients treated at CAP II Essalud - Huanta 2023.
