Publicación Acceso abierto Factores relacionados a Infecciones Respiratoria Aguda (IRA) en niños menores de 5 años que acuden al centro de salud Alca, Arequipa Perú 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-10-04) Abrigo Pacompia, Tanea Yudiht; Yacarini Martínez, Antero EnriqueThe objective of this research is to identify the correlation that exists between the factors related to Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) in children under 5 years of age who attend the Alca Health Center, 2024. The research methodology was Hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach , the type of research is applicative, correlational level, the research design is non experimental – cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 112 children. A questionnaire for the factors variable and a data collection form for the Anger variable were used as instruments for data collection. The statistical analysis was using Spearman's Rho test, in order to demonstrate if there is a correlation between the variables, to verify the hypotheses. It was observed that 93.8% of the children are at a medium level of the factors. The high level is more frequent in the biological factors with 51.8%, the medium level is more prevalent in the environmental and nutritional factors with 80.4%. and 61.6% respectively. 78.6% have a mild level of acute respiratory infections (ARIs) while 21.4% are at the moderate level. It was observed that there is no significant relationship between biological, environmental, nutritional, and social factors and acute respiratory infections (ARIs), according to Spearman's Rho coefficient is -0.045, 0.075, -0.005 and -0.071, this is close to zero, which which indicates almost zero relationship. Concluding that there is no significant relationship between the factors and Anger.
