The pregnant women were surveyed by applying a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and to find the significance of the results the chi-square test was applied When performing the hypothesis test, we had a result of X2 table = 3.84 and X2 test = 12.857, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the study hypothesis. World Health Organization (WHO) has considered the Hypertensive Pregnancy States (EHE) as a Public Health problem, due to its high maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. This thesis will contribute to generate a Model of Care with a preventive approach for the benefit of our pregnant women; Through the early diagnosis with the identification and multidisciplinary management of the risk factors from the primary level (Centro Atención Primaria-Policlínico Barton); To the secondary level (Hospital Alberto Leopoldo Barton Thompson), through the application of the Guide of Clinical Practice: Blue Key; The main objective of our thesis was to determine the maternal risk factors that are related to the management of Clave Azul in pregnant women attended between MAY 2014 - December 2015 at the Alberto Leopoldo Barton Thompson-Callao Hospital. The data were obtained from the digital clinical records, in the Gynecological Obstetrics area of the Hospital, after authorization in a Censal population, where a form was applied that measured the variables under study. The obtained database was analyzed in the program SPSS 18.0, whose results were of statistical analysis in an investigation of applied type and correlational level. The design used was nonexperimental, with a census population of 115 pregnant women, whose Basic Unit of study was a pregnant woman attended at the Hospital ALBERTO LEOPOLDO BARTON THOMPSON who received management of Clave Azul, from MAY 2014 to December 2015. The results obtained show that maternal risk factors are significantly related to the management of Blue Code in pregnant women attended from MAY 2014 to December-December at the Hospital ALBERTO LEOPOLDO BARTON THOMPSON Callao, as shown by the results of the application of the test statistic R Of Chi2 the correlation result, with an index of 0,972, and a freedom index of - 0.028 points, that is to say Greater value of chi 2, smaller value of p (inverse relation). It is concluded that maternal risk factors are significantly related to the management of Blue Claw in pregnant women treated at the Hospital ALBERTO LEOPOLDO BARTON THOMPSON which reflects reality epidemiology at the local level.Publicación Acceso abierto Efecto de la estrategia de limpieza basada en la masticación de manzana en la cubierta lingual en adolescentes de la I.E. N° 147 Mayor EP Luis Alberto García Rojas, Lima 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-28) Venegas Mejia, Clotilde Paula; Diaz del Olmo Morey, Fernando LuisThe main purpose of this research to obtain the Master's degree in Public Health at Norbert Wiener University was to determine the effect of applying the cleaning strategy based on the chewing of red and green apples on the lingual cover in teenagers aged 15 to 17 years in IE. No. 147 Major EP. Luis Alberto García Rojas from San Juan de Lurigancho-Lima, in 2018. The study of applied type and experimental level, used an experimental design with pre-test and post-test and control group to test the hypotheses in a sample consisting of 30 students from the experimental group and 15 from the control group randomly assigned among a population of adolescent students from the fourth and fifth grade of Secondary Education of the mentioned educational institution. For the data collection regarding the dependent variable, a structured lingual cover observation guide was used based on the Winkel index that presents standardized values. As a result of the quantitative measurement before treatment, it was found that both groups (experimental and of control) presented averages of 10.83 points in the Winkel index in the case of the experimental group and 10.87 points in the case of the control group. After treatment, the average onset located in the severe cover segment went to 3.03 points on the fifth day of consumption, while in the case of the control group on the fifth day it registered 11.13 points. This difference in figures in the treatment group already indicates its efficacy, which was confirmed by finding a significant difference between averages in the first group, according to the statistical values of the hypothesis tests with the aid of the t Student parametric-test and considering a significance level of 0.05.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrés laboral y su relación con el rendimiento de los trabajadores de un establecimiento de tercer nivel. No significance was found with any of the variables of cultural or clinical factors. The model found statistical significance with Higher University Educational Level (adjusted OR: 0.11; 95% CI: 0.02 - 0.69). Conclusion: In people with a Higher University Educational level, their non-dengue prevention acts decreased by 0.11 times compared to having “Primary less”, adjusted for the rest of the variables. It is recommended that the responsible health entity, together with the corresponding municipality, carry out campaigns to strengthen good practices for the control and eradication of the Dengue vector, taking into account the variables related in the study.Publicación Acceso abierto Características clínicas-epidemiológicas asociados al Covid-19 en el personal de salud de un hospital militar de Lima, Perú del periodo 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-24) Changano Rodríguez, María Verónica; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaObjective: to determine the clinical-epidemiological characteristics associated with COVID-19 in health personnel.
