Publicación Acceso abierto Propuesta pedagógica con el uso de la plataforma virtual para fortalecer el aprendizaje de las matemáticas en estudiantes de grado quinto en Dosquebradas - Colombia, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-10) Arboleda Osorio, Jairo Alonso; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe objective of this research was to determine to what extent a pedagogical proposal with the use of the virtual platform will strengthen the learning of mathematics in fifth grade students of the Santa Sofía Educational Institution in Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia in 2019. Two independent variables were established corresponding to the pedagogical proposal and the use of the Moodle platform, and a dependent variable referred to the learning of mathematics with three dimensions (numerical-variational, geometric-metric, and random). The research corresponded to a study under a quantitative approach, explanatory level, applied type, longitudinal cut, experimental design and quasi-experimental subdesign. The population is 365 students with a sample of 96 students, of which 48 made up the experimental group submitted to the application of the proposal, and the remaining 48 made up the control group. The technique was the survey and the instrument the knowledge test. The validity of the instrument was determined with 9 expert judgments and the reliability with the Kurder Richardson (0.79). The ordering and coding of data was given by means of the SPSS 25 software. It was concluded that the pedagogical proposal with the use of the virtual platform motivates, strengthens and significantly improves learning in the area of mathematics in fifth grade students of La I.E. Santa Sofia of the municipality of Dosquebradas.
