Publicación Acceso abierto Adolescencia, prematuridad y peso al nacer asociado a la mortalidad neonatal en el Hospital María Auxiliadora Lima-Perú, 2018-2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-12-02) Bobadilla Minaya, David Elias; Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia MilagrosThis research aimed to determine the association between adolescence, prematurity, and birth weight with neonatal mortality at the Maria Auxiliadora Hospital, between the years 2018 and 2019. The method is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach, applied of Cases and Controls design, the sample was 98 cases and 98 controls, paired 1:1, random sampling, the multivariate logistic regression analysis and the Chi2 test were performed for the hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the multivariate analysis statistical test p= 0, 02 for prematurity, p= 0,000 for low birth weight, p= 0,000, for adolescence, all the values of p <0,05 which there is an association with neonatal mortality; being explanatory, it allows predicting the probability of risk of neonatal death occurring when the mother is a teenager, premature and newborn with extremely low weight, being the risk impact of 96%, otherwise, if the mother is an adult and is pregnant at term and with a live birth with normal weight, the risk impact is only 9%; neonatal death are 35% with extremely low weight, 73% are premature and 62% occur in teenage mothers. As a conclusion, maternal and neonatal risk factors are associated with neonatal mortality and a higher frequency of deaths occur within the first 7 days and with extremely low birth weight.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores personales en la percepción hacia las tecnologías de información y comunicación que influyen en la competencia digital docente. universidad privada Norbert Wiener, Lima–2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-25) Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia Milagros; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe objective of the research was to determine the personal factors in the perception towards information and communication technologies that influence the teaching digital competence of the Norbert Wiener Private University Graduate School. It was a hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, correlational and non-experimental design. The sample was census made up of 144 teachers. Three instruments were used: a data collection sheet for personal factors, the teachers' perception questionnaire towards ICT and a questionnaire to assess digital skills in teachers, all three validated by 10 expert judgments with a V for Aiken of excellent (100%) and a reliability by means of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.97 and 0.94 for the questionnaire of perception of teachers towards ICT and the questionnaire of digital competences in teachers respectively. An ordinal regression model was used, statistical significance was sought based on p-value <0.05. Results: The personal factors in the perception of information and communication technologies that influence the teaching digital competence are the programs where they teach: master's degrees and the male sex, which according to the Cramer's V statistic have a moderate strength of association. It is concluded that personal factors in the perception of information and communication technologies do influence the digital competence of teachers.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores sociodemográficos asociados a los conocimientos y actitudes hacia la sexualidad en adolescentes de instituciones educativas públicas de Lima Metropolitana, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-04-02) Tello Macavilca , Julia Telma; Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia MilagrosAdolescents and young people constitute a vulnerable population, understanding the impact that education and health have on prevention and improvement of lifestyles through schools, allow for early and timely intervention with children and adolescents to strengthen their capacities and improve their sexual and reproductive health; the present study is prospective, correlational and analytical; the objective is to determine the sociodemographic factors associated with the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in public educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima; the sample of 310 adolescents; the hypothesis testing was performed with inferential analysis, with parametric tests such as T Student, bivariate analysis of variance and a general linear ANOVA model. To determine the reliability and stability, a test and retest was applied to 100 participants resulting in high reliability, as well as the response of The nurses remained stable with the passage of time. The last version of the instrument was applied to 301 participants, a cronbach alpha of 0.987 was obtained in the whole instrument and 0.9 in the four dimensions, for the validity of the construct the factorial analysis process was performed, justified by the significance of the Bartlett Test 8Sig = 0.00) and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin sample adequacy measure (KMO of 0.947), four factors were extracted according to the four dimensions.
