The data were analyzed using the SPSS program, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the Lilleifors correction test were applied, verifying the irregular distribution less than 0.05, applying the Spearman Rho coefficient that verified the hypotheses, concluding that there is a statistically relationship Significant high coefficient of 0.804 between the variables satisfaction of the internal user and quality of centralized processes with a 95% confidence level, also that users were very highly satisfied with 72.1% in the security dimension, 71.2% very high in compliance of the processes, with 69.2% very high in tangibility, 65.4% very high in service quality, 51% very high and 57.7% high in empathy and finally 48.1% very high and 38.5% high in opportunity. It is recommended that the sterilization of hospital devices be fully managed in the Sterilization Center.
