Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of the quality of care and satisfaction of the family of patients in the intensive care unit in a public hospital, Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-28) Andía Zevallos, Yeny Marilúz; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: To determine how the perception of the quality of care is related to the satisfaction of the relatives of patients. Methodological Design: it is a work with the Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental correlational cross-sectional methodology. The population will be made up of direct relatives of patients who are hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit, according to the number of the population, we will work with the entire population according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The information will be collected through the survey applying two questionnaires. These instruments are valid and reliable since they come from studies already carried out in the context of Peruvian health, likewise the information will be processed in Excel and then analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, applying descriptive and inferential analysis presenting the data in double-checking tables. input and the hypotheses will be contrasted with Spearman's Rho Statistical Correlation Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05. Throughout the research process, ethical research conduct will be adhered to, respecting the universal principles of bioethics.
