An inspection guide with 74 items for the GSP compliance variable was applied in situ in the storage area. Results: The personnel's level of knowledge was regular (45%), good (30%), and poor (25%). Regarding the degree of GSP compliance, 56.25% were non-compliant, and 43.75% were compliant. The relationship between the level of knowledge and compliance with GSP is direct and significant, with a p-value of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Conclusion: The personnel's level of knowledge is regular to good; consequently, they do comply with Good Storage Practices. However, greater staff training is suggested.Publicación Acceso abierto Cumplimiento de buenas practicas de almacenamiento y procedimientos operativos en droguerias que contratan el servicio de almacenamiento en Somefarm S.A.C. Compliance with GSP based on SOPs was also measured, with only 30% of drugstores at a high level, 50% at a medium level, and 20% at a low level. Following these initial results, 21 SOPs and two manuals were implemented in the deficient drugstores, and GSP compliance was measured again. The general compliance level improved, with 50% of drugstores now at a high level, 35% at a medium level, and 15% at a low level. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, with a basic type, a quantitative approach, a descriptive-correlational level, a cross-sectional scope, and a non-experimental design. A 23-question questionnaire for the satisfaction variable was applied to 347 voluntary users, and a 43-question questionnaire for the GDP compliance variable was applied to the pharmaceutical chemists. Results showed that both the compliance with Good Dispensing Practices and the degree of user satisfaction were at a medium level. It was also determined that there is no general relationship between GDP compliance and user satisfaction, as the chi-squared value was greater than 0.9 (p > 0.05). In conclusion, although both GDP compliance and satisfaction are at a medium level, there is no significant relationship between the two variables, indicating they are independent. However, these variables showed a possible relationship with the 'dispensing environment' dimension of GDP and satisfaction, suggesting a new study could be proposed with the general question: Is there a relationship between the dispensing environment and user satisfaction?Publicación Acceso abierto Cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Oficina Farmacéutica en boticas que solicitan asesoría en una consultora de Lima Centro, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-07) Quispe Fuentes, Glorinda; Lopez Alvarez, Renzo David; Aquino Comun, MeryThis research was developed to determine the level of compliance with Good Pharmaceutical Practices in pharmacies that request advice from a consulting firm in Lima Centro, 2021.
