    Factores de acceso a servicios de salud y la percepción de atención en usuarios con jurisdicción a DIRIS-01 2023

    The aim of this study was to determine that the factors of access to health services at the first level of care are related to users' perception of care. The study was conducted using the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross sectional and correlational scope. The population consisted of 800 users who attend on average the first level of care health facilities under the jurisdiction of DIRIS Lima Centro; the sample consisted of 261 users. Two questionnaires were used, the "Access to health services questionnaire" and the "Perception of health care questionnaire". The main results show that 29.1% of the users registered a high level of access to health services, 67.0% a medium level and 3.8% a low level; regarding the perception of health care, 43.7% of the users perceive a high level of health care, 50.2% a medium level and 6.1% a low level. A relationship was found between the factors of access to health services at the first level of care and users' perception of care (r=0.973; p=0.000); likewise, a relationship was identified between the dimensions of availability (r=0.648; p=0.000), accessibility (r=0.610; p=0.000), acceptability (r=0.697; p=0.000) and quality (r=0.879; p=0.000) with users' perception of care.
