Publicación Acceso abierto Seguimiento telefónico y satisfacción del personal del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo con Covid-19, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-08-17) Ardiles Villavicencio, Sofía Ernestina; Hermoza Moquillaza, Rocío VictoriaThe present research work aimed to determine the relationship between telephone follow-up and staff satisfaction of the National Hospital Dos de Mayo infected with COVID – 19. This study was correlational, descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective. The sample was 181 workers. Two surveys were used, one for each variable, in total 17 closed questions and 4 open questions, responses were assessed on the Likert scale. These surveys were validated by expert judgment and reliability with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.957 For the statistical analysis, the SPSS vs 25 Software was used. With a statistical significance of p˂0.05. Results: The majority of respondents were women (64.6%) and were in the age group of 31 – 40 years. In the results we were able to show that there is a positive and direct relationship between telephone follow-up and and staff satisfaction with a Spearman Rho of 0.811 (P-value < 0.05). 71.3% consider telephone follow-up good and 23.8% bad. 77.3% were satisfied. 73.5% report good effectiveness of follow-up, 19.9% as bad. According to the patient's perspective, 64.1% of respondents refer to follow-up as good and 26.5% bad. As for security, they report 63.0% good, 23.2% bad. It is concluded that telephone follow-up was a form of useful, effective and safe care and the satisfaction referred by the surveyed personnel must be taken into account to strengthen and improve this type of care.
