    Effects of workload overload on the job performance of nursing staff.

    Objective: To systematize evidence on the effects of work overload on the job performance of nursing staff. Materials and Methods: A systematic, observational, and retrospective quantitative review, critically selected using the GRADE evaluation system to identify the level of evidence, found in the following databases: PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 40% were literature reviews, 30% were descriptive studies, 20% were qualitative studies, and 10% were literature reviews. According to the results obtained from the systematic review conducted in this study, the articles came from Brazil
