In this way, quality in an establishment in the hospital sector is the improvement of the service with certain international quality standards, then user satisfaction depends on quality. The objective of the research is to “Determine how the “quality of care is related to the satisfaction” of the adult user in the Emergency Service of a Hospital of the Ministry of Health in the North of Metropolitan Lima. 2023.” The method used will be a hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, descriptive, nonexperimental, cross-sectional study. The sample will be selected probabilistically by a simple random method and will consist of 377 who go to the “emergency service.” The technique to be used will be a survey and its instrument will be a Likert scale questionnaire. The instruments that will be applied for this study will have a certain criterion of validity and high reliability. The research will be planned between the months of January and March 2024. The data will be recorded in Excel 2013 computer media and the statistical analysis will be using SPSS version 28. The results obtained will be presented in tables and graphs according to the objectives set. Likewise, the results will be discussed and analyzed. The test to be used will be the “Spearman’s Rho” test for non-parametric data.
