Se estableció la búsqueda siempre y cuando se tuvo acceso al texto completo del artículo científico.Publicación Acceso abierto Satisfacción y desempeño laboral del personal asistencial de enfermería en un hospital PNP, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-10) Cervantes Nina, Miguel; Millones Gomez, Segundo GermanThe purpose of the study was to “Determine the relationship between satisfaction and job performance of nursing care staff in a PNP Hospital, 2024. The approach used in this research was quantitative, applied with a non-experimental design, correlational scope and cross-sectional. The sample population was made up of 80 healthcare nurses. The survey was applied as a collection procedure with 2 instruments, one for satisfaction and the other for job performance, each one was subjected to a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha with values of 0.84 and 0.94, respectively. The result reports that the job satisfaction variable presents a low level of 32.5%, a medium level of 48.8% and a high level of 18.7% in the sample population, the job performance variable presents a low level of 13.8%, average level of 47.5% and a high level of 38.8% in the sample population. There is a positive, very good and significant relationship between the dimension Importance of the task (Rh= 0.841, p=0.000), working conditions (Rh=0.979, p=0.000), personal or social recognition (Rh=0.747, p= 0.000) and remuneration benefits (Rh=0.712, p=0.000) with job performance. Furthermore, it is concluded that there is a positive, very good and significant relationship between job satisfaction and job performance, (Rh=0.949, with p = 0.000), that is, as long as satisfaction increases in nurses, then job performance increases.
