    Management leadership and its relationship with Job Satisfaction in the Nursing Staff of the Emergency Hospital Villa El Salvador Lima 2022

    The managerial leadership of nurses is the sum of capacities, competencies, and leadership skills that a nurse in a position of direction or management of people within a healthcare organization or institution possesses. This is perceived and evaluated by their peers as job satisfaction. Objective: To determine how nurse managerial leadership is related to job satisfaction among nursing staff at Villa El Salvador Emergency Hospital, Lima 2022. Methods: This investigation will use a quantitative approach and a correlation-level design, with a census sample of 84 nurses working in the various care services of the hospital. The technique and instrument used for data collection will be validated and reliable questionnaires constructed on Likert-type scales, through surveys, to measure the variables: leadership and job satisfaction, and determine the relationship between them. The information collected will be processed using Microsoft Excel software, with statistical analysis carried out using SPSS version 25, and inferential analysis through Spearman's Rho.
