    The present investigation had as main objective: Identify the relationship between lifestyles and the consumption of medicinal plants in people who go to the Mercado Cooperativa of Los Olivos Method: The research carried out was basic, with an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional design. A questionnaire validated through expert judgment was used as an instrument, applying it to a sample of 196 people. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS software in version 25. Results: 63% of the participants were women, 35% had secondary education, 37% were married, and 24% were older adults. The correlation analysis between lifestyles and the consumption of medicinal plants showed a significant relationship, with a p value = 0.000 and a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.994. Conclusion: It was identified that there is a strong positive correlation between lifestyles and the consumption of medicinal plants in people who attend the Mercado Cooperativa de Pro of Los Olivos. Lima 2024, This result is supported by a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.994 and a p value = 0.000.
