Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosociocultural factors in mothers of children from 1 to 2 years of age with psychomotor developmental risk.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-05-31) Ojanasta Tuanama, Segundo Miguel; Cruz Fernández, Yesenia; Zavaleta Gutiérrez, Violeta AideéObjective: Determine the psychosocial and cultural factors in mothers of children aged 1 to 2 years with a risk of psychomotor development, attended at the Growth and Development Clinic of the Infantas Health Center. The study is descriptive, consisting of 72 mothers. Results: Within the psychological factor, family violence has a high value at 79.17%; in the social factor, mothers from the highlands with 62.50%, cohabiting with 48.61%, incomplete secondary education with 62.50%, independent work with 44.44%, grandparents in charge of the grandchildren most of the time with 81.11%, and belonging to a reconstituted family with 68.08%, are the dimensions with the highest percentages. Finally, in the cultural factor, ignorance about stimulation is at 79.17%, does not seek information about early stimulation at 55.23%, does not attend growth and development check-ups at 68.61%, and the father does not participate in the stimulation at 63.85%. Conclusions: The psychosocial and cultural factors with the highest frequency are: in the psychological factor, insults predominate, in the social factor, the reconstituted family type is evident, and in the cultural factor, mothers are unaware of stimulation.
