This will perform a diagnostic to identify the level of satisfaction of service users, the technological diagnosis and analysis of each of the component processes, which have been targeted through the use of the guide 34 Colombian MEN. Educational institutions like competitive organizations, innovative, established in a highly permeated by global change, to respond effectively to the demands of the new society. In this sense, the educational institution as official establishment meets the requirements and guidelines issued by the Ministry of National Education. That is, inside develop academic, administrative, financial and community to carry out the primary role of competent human form of life. Yet to undergo the evaluation process, educational institutions usually have difficulties that are detrimental to the quality of services provided. Therefore, there is a need to improve these processes. However, it is considered essential for improving the implementation of a technology strategy, by which it seeks to implement the use of ICT as a resource to energize and streamline, but above all strengthen each of these processes.
