Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of nursing interventions to promote fundamental movement and physical activity skills in children under 5 years old(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-07) Sotelo Borja, Hilda Veronica; Felipe Mendez, Deysy; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of nursing interventions to promote fundamental movement skills and physical activity in children under 5 years of age. Material and Methods: the study design is a systematic review, the population was 72 articles, and the sample was 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases, the instrument was a database search: Pub Med, Cochrane , Wiley, to evaluate the articles, the GRADE method was used, which evaluated the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: 100% of the articles correspond to Australia 50%, Canada 20%, United States 20%, Germany 10%, In relation to the designs and types of studies, 30% Systematic Review – Meta-analysis, 10%, Systematic Review Meta-analysis 10%, Randomized Controlled Trial 50%. Conclusion: it was concluded that 60% of authors point out that the intervention was effective due to the interventions carried out to promote the fundamental skills of movement and physical activity of play such as running, jumping, going up and down, ball games, while they participated towards the end. of the intervention in children under 5 years of age with a small, non-significant reduction in sedentary time, 40% concluded that there are limited studies that measure both fundamental movement skills (HFM) and physical activity (PA) after an HFM intervention, especially all in school-age children. The results indicate that training children under 5 years of age three times a week in HFM would improve results.Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial factors associated with depression in older adults of the home care program, Lima- 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-03) Felipe Mendez, Deysy; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Analyze the psychosocial factors associated with depression in older adults from the home care program, Lima - 2021. Methodology: quantitative, descriptive-correlational approach research, the number of older adults as a sample will be 245, from the home care program . Data collection technique and instruments: the technique is the survey. The instruments are the Montenegro JDM and Santisteban YM questionnaire and the Yesavage Scale. Procedures: the collection of information will be carried out in compliance with biosafety standards, then they will be entered into SPSS Statistics v.25 to be processed. Statistical analysis: descriptive statistics will be used for data interpretation; and the degree of significance will be obtained using the Chi square; and the results will be presented in simple and contingency tables.
