Methodology: A purely quantitative approach was followed as it measured the variables under study; it was a quasi-experimental longitudinal design to determine the effectiveness of the healthy posture educational program in controlling pain in the 74 workers participating in the study. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the Visual Analog Scale. Results: In the first stage, it was found that 71.6% had mild pain, 25.7% reported moderate pain, and 2.7% had severe pain according to the EVA scale. In the second stage of the study, it was found that 45.9% no longer had pain, 40.5% had mild pain, 10.8% reported moderate pain, and 2.7% had pain according to the EVA scale. Based on the results of the McNemar test, it was found that the program reduces the pain level in the staff who participated in the “Healthy Posture” educational program (p=0.008<0.05), reflecting the good functioning of the educational program.
