    Perception of Humanized Nursing Care and its relationship with patient satisfaction in the emergency service of Hospital Santa Rosa, Lima - 2023

    Introduction: Humanized care is one of the fundamental pillars that influence the recovery of patients, including the satisfaction of essential needs, however, it still continues to be one of the problems and complaints within care centers, therefore the Objective: To determine the relationship between the perception of humanized care and patient satisfaction in emergency at the Santa Rosa Hospital Pueblo Libre, Lima 2023. Method: It is a descriptive study of correlational and cross-sectional type. 120 patients who are understood in the Virgen del Carmen Health Center will participate in the sample. The evaluation instruments for the Perception of Humanized Care variable of PCHE 3a, and for the Satisfaction variable of Murrieta born, both instruments had a reliability above 0,90 considered adequate for their application. In data processing, the normality test will be used in order to identify which correlation method will be used to study the Spearman correlation coefficient.
