The health personnel is made up not only of professionals with a police degree that range from captains, majors, commanders and colonels of the PNP service, since they are also part of it, professionals in the condition of civilians, who are not governed by the Police or hierarchical regime. of the PNP. All this includes the fact that the environment and circumstances surrounding these health professionals generate a tense work environment, resulting in low job satisfaction in this health institution, being detrimental to personal and patient care and care. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational climate. For this, an observational, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out with 114 health professionals. The instruments used were: the MINSA job satisfaction and organizational climate questionnaire. The results obtained were: greater amount of satisfaction in the dimensions of working conditions and recognitionbenefits and lower level of satisfaction in personal development and salary aspect. In addition, no statistically significant relationship (p=0.689) was found between job satisfaction and organizational climate.
