Method: The method applied with a cross-sectional correlational descriptive design was used. Sample: 81 nurses from the COVID 19 Area selected through an intentional non-probabilistic approach. Instruments: the questionnaires of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and the Rodríguez and Ramírez Work Performance Scale adapted by Granados and Lora were applied to the selected personnel. Both instruments with validity and reliability. The results, the level of Anxiety expressed by the nursing staff is Absence (48.1%), between mild and moderate levels (33.3%) and at a high level we have 18.5% of the nurses. In job performance, the average level predominates (54.3%), at high level we have 22.2% and at low level 23.5%. And, at a probability of less than 0.05, using Spearman's Rho statistic they determined that there is no significant statistical correlation (Rho= 0.062; p= 0.582). Material and Methods: descriptive, correlational study, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, correlational level or scope, explanatory. The population was 142,488 visits in the period with a sample of 384 patients who attended the Pharmacy service of Hospital III Essalud in Loreto, Peru 2023. The sampling was simple random and the technique was the survey, the questionnaire instrument was valid to measure barriers to access in health and the acquisition of medicines. Results: 59% of the respondents were female compared to 41% who were male. 53% stood out with a secondary education level and 35% with a secondary education level. In relation to Access Barriers in Health, it was observed that the accessibility dimension is low, presenting 73% between 25% of never and 48% of almost never. The acceptability dimension was medium, presenting 45% between 20% of never and 25% of almost never. The effective coverage dimension was low to medium, presenting 60% between 24% of never and 36% of almost never. In relation to the medication acquisition variable, the substantial well-being dimension was low to medium, presenting 65% between 31% of never and 34% of almost never. This study is applied, correlational, of non-experimental design and its data collection was cross-sectional; For its development, 130 patients who attended the Dental Center were evaluated and two surveys were used: the first for the quality of care with 22 questions and the second for the level of satisfaction with 20 questions, which was measured by a valued score on a Likert scale. The results showed that 93.1% of the patients present a high level of satisfaction and a high level of quality; 97.7% presented a high level of satisfaction and high reliability of the quality of care; 90.8% presented a high level of satisfaction and a high response capacity of the quality of care; 95.4% presented a high level of satisfaction and high security of the quality of care and 91.5%) presented a high level of satisfaction and high empathy of the quality of care, likewise in the hypothesis test it was found that the value of p is lower at 0.05, accepting H1, there is evidence of the link between the variables; Furthermore, since the Rho value is 0.485, we can say that the correlation between the variables is moderately positive; concluding that there is a moderate positive relationship between the level of satisfaction and the quality of care of the patients treated at the Dental Center of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019 "Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de la consejería nutricional y adherencia al tratamiento de la anemia en niños de un centro de salud ubicado en la Molina, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-03-28) Dipaz Vasquez, Fredy; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonThis work focused on establishing the association between adherence to treatment of anaemia and the quality of nutritional counseling and infants. The methodology used for this work also consisted of a hypothetical-deductive method, and its design was not experimental in a study group made up of children, the sample of which was composed of 80 children from a health centre that was a probabilistic and randomized sample. In addition, the approach was quantitative, as the data were analyzed statistically and adequately met the objectives of this work. The instruments that were used in the study were two questionnaires, which were validated through expert judgment, all specialists in the area of public health, these five specialist persons in the field of study were checked by the alpha of Cronbach (α = ,909; α = ,785). The instruments also assessed parents at a single time in order to corroborate the research into the proposed variables. Thus, based on the results obtained in terms of the quality of nutritional counselling, he stressed that 57.5% was at a “good” level and according to adherence to treatment of anaemia, 50% was found at a “regular” level and 50% at a “suitable” level. The study method was deductive with a quantitative approach, correlational analytical type and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 185 users treated at the "La Trinidad" Parish Medical Center and the sample was 126 general medicine users treated by teleconsultation. The results were: of the 126 users, 54.8% were male and 45.2% were female, the age of 20 to 35 years was the most frequent in both sexes (male 49.3% and female 47.4%), the The sentimental status of the men was married 40.6% and the marital status of the women was single 36.8%, the level of education achieved for both sexes was secondary (male 68.1% and female 70.2%) and in relation to the occupation in both sexes it was independent (male 42.6% and female 49.1%). Methodology The research was applied, explanatory correlational, nonexperimental design and cross. The population consisted of 82 professionals and technicians from molecular laboratories from the country's regions. The data was collected through a general data form, the brief CVT-Gohisalo questionnaire and the Schaufeli W UWES-9 questionnaire. It was analyzed using the statistical package SPSS v25, the frequencies and percentages were determined, to correlate the variables Spearman's correlation coefficient was used. Results: 65.85% (54/82) of the workers have a high CVT and their CL is high for 51.22% (42/82). Likewise, for the CVT in the dimensions institutional support for work, well-being achieved through work, personal development of the worker and free time management, the levels were high with percentages of 54.88%, 69.51%, 51.22% and 67.07% respectively. Regarding the CL in the dimensions vigor, dedication and absorption had high levels of 50.0%, 59.75% and 47.57% respectively. The objective of this study was to establish if there is a relationship between the resolution capacity and clinical characteristics of patients in the emergency service of the Sergio Bernales Hospital, Lima 2023, by using the NEDOCS Scale, which is a tool previously developed in Academic Centers in the United States and widely validated in the rest of the world. It was a Correlational, Non-experimental, cross-sectional study carried out in April 2023, with measurements at 3 times of the day (6am, 12 noon and 6pm) with a total of 90 measurements for 1034 data, the study population was the patients admitted to the emergency service at these times, except for patients who met the exclusion criteria. In addition to calculating the NEDOCS scale scores, the priority level for which patients were admitted to the emergency room, determined by the triage area, was collected. The results were that the emergency service presents a dangerously overcrowded level with 85.6%, followed by the severely overcrowded level with 14.4%, with greater congestion at noon, according to the characteristics by priority level, it was determined that there was a greater influx of patients with priority II with 65.2% followed by those with priority III with 34.5% and a minimum admission of priority I with 0.3%, there being a relationship between the resolution capacity and the clinical characteristics of the patients admitted to the emergency service.Publicación Acceso abierto Capacitación y desempeño laboral en trabajadores de droguerías de Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-02-16) Dávila Olano, Carlos Eduardo; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonObjective: "Determine the association between training and job performance of drugstore workers." Material and method: The present study carried out in Drug Stores, a pioneer in the field, consists off a non-experimentale-transversal study and of a-correlative type for the two variables studied; From a population of 150 workers, a sample of 108 people who work within the Drug Stores was taken, excluding senior citizens or with the rank of Managers, where we have used 2 own questionnaires respectively validated by 6 experts in the Management matter; likewise, previously it went through a pilot sample. Result: With the application of the questionnaires, they showed us that the training is really closely associated with the "job performance within the workers" of the Pharmaceutical establishment (Drugstores) where this study was carried out since the Kendal Tau-b statistic had a result of p value=0.00; Likewise, we see that the single marital status is the most predominant with 72.7% (high homogeneous), also the most common age range in high homogeneous relationship is between 21 years to 27 years (46.5%) and the male sex is the most predominant (67.4%). The workload generates a problem that can affect the nursing professional in a psychological and social way in the physical and mental aspect, bringing as a negative consequence a care that is no longer of quality. Objective: To determine the relationship between the Workload and the Quality of Nursing Care of the Adult Emergency Service of the HCH, 2022. Methodology: The study has a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional and cohort design. The study population is made up of 91 nursing graduates from the HCH Adult Emergency Service. The sample size was not calculated, because the research was based on a census. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, for the variable Workload and the variable Quality of Nursing Care, said instrument prepared by the author Zúñiga (2020). For the processing of the collected data, the Excel program and the SPSS version 25 program are used. The research has a quantitative approach, an applicative type of correlational scope, without an experimental and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 121 internal users of the institution. Likert-type questionnaires will be applied, the first from Litwin Stringer and the second from the Ministry of Health. Results: It was found that there is a relationship between the work environment and the performance of the internal user, which shows a high positive correlation, with a value of 0.821. Its general objective was: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the performance of the nursing staff professional in hospitalization at the Víctor Larco Herrera National Hospital, Lima 2022. For it, a quantitative methodology was used for an Applied Research, with a design: non-experimental, correlational. The population and sample consisted of 119 nurses from the Nursing Staff of the Hospitalization Area of the Víctor Larco Herrera National Hospital. For data collection, the Survey was used as a technique and a Questionnaire was applied as an instrument that allowed the study variables to be measured. The results showed that the organizational climate is positively correlated with professional performance. Thus, 43.7% of nursing professionals rate the organizational climate manifested in the hospitalization areas at a good level, 36.1% rate the work environment at a regular level, while 20.2% perceive it to be bad. On the other hand, it was determined that 42.9% of the nursing staff rate a high level of professional performance in the hospitalization areas, 31.1% perceive a low level of professional performance, while 26.1% value professional performance at a higher level. moderate. Meanwhile to the methodology was used as a type of correlational investigation, considering a cross-sectional and experimental design in a pre-set time, the participants were 100 health workers, which were administered the surveys to assess the organizational climate and the labor performance, data were analyzed in the SPSS program, using the Kendall T statistic, contrasting the hypotheses with a significance level of 0.05. Regarding the results, it was found that the majority of health personnel perceive a regular organizational climate 67%, in dimensions 60% I highlight a regular physical environment, and 73% in values and virtues; while performance is evidenced by 60% deficiencies, while 40% is efficient. The bad organizational climate can generate obstacles in the fulfillment of the functions added to work stress, pressure and workload triggers a greater number of errors, job dissatisfaction and puts the health of patients at risk. Work motivation is another factor to consider for good institutional performance and is sometimes linked to incentives that can positively influence workers in their behavior within the institution and towards users. The objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the motivation of the nursing staff of a polyclinic in the city of Lima, 2022. A quantitative, observational, correlational cross-sectional study was carried out. The study population consisted of 100 nursing professionals. The study instruments were two validated questionnaires for the study variables. As results, it was obtained: average age of the study population of 40.34 years and the average time of work was 12.75 years of service. 71.0% of female nursing staff were found. The study population perceived a good working environment (73.0%) and high motivation (46.0%). It was evidenced that there is a relationship (p=0.000) between the study variables with each of its dimensions. Dicho estudio tuvo como metodología, el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional y trabajo con una muestra de 108 pacientes de un hospital de Lima. A cross-sectional, quantitative, non-experimental design was implemented to analyze data. The sample for this study consisted of 96 employees of the Policlínico Parroquial San Benito. The findings of this research indicated that 47 of the employees (49%), exhibited a highly efficient work performance. Among these, 14 (14.6%) demonstrated high organizational commitment, 32 (33.3%) demonstrated medium organizational commitment, and 1 (1.0%) demonstrated low organizational commitment. Since p (0.625) is greater than 0.05, the null hypothesis is not rejected; however, the relationship between the variables remains uncertain. Quantitative research with a non-experimental, descriptive correlational cross-sectional design, the sample was 40 patients who received antituberculous treatment sensitive scheme in health facilities in DIRIS East Lima, applying a survey to patients as a technique and collecting information on their adherence to treatment. TB treatment. The results were analyzed with the IBM SPSS version 25 program and the inferential analysis was performed looking for the association between variables, for which the Spearman's Rho statistical test was used. Of the 40 patients surveyed, it was observed that within the group of patients who were adherent 35 (87.5%), we found that 3 (7.5%) did not have adequate communication, 3 (7.5%) had medium communication and 29 (72.5 %) had adequate communication, in turn in the group of non-adherent patients 5 (12.5%), we observed 1 (2.5%) had average communication and 4 (10%) had adequate communication. Since the Spearman's Rho value (-0.010) has a negative sign, in addition to the fact that the p-value (0.952) is greater than the alpha (0.05), therefore, the null hypothesis is not rejected. The research showed that there is a correlation between labor conflict and interpersonal relationships with Kendall's tau = .237. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the disharmony dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = -.960. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the incompatibility dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .329. And a correlation between interpersonal relationships and the conflict dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .231. Methodologically, the study was based on the quantitative approach, with the research being applied, with an observational design - correlational - transversal. The sample consisted of 67 healthcare workers from the institution under study, using two instruments to collect data, which were reliable through the KR20 test (0.702) and Cronbach's Alpha (0.951). The results demonstrated the existence of significant relationships between knowledge of humanized care and the dimensions of compliance with humanized care, as follows: phenomenological (p= 0.015), interaction (p=0.000) and human needs (p= 0.000). The research methodology was hypothetical - deductive, with a quantitative, nonexperimental, cross-sectional approach. correlational. The sample was 88 workers from the San Marcos clinic in Lima in the year 2023. The non-parametric Spearman's rho test was used in the statistics. Among the results, 56.8% had a regular organizational culture, with a predominance of the implication dimension and the mission dimension; likewise, 55.7% had regular work performance. It was found that there was no significant correlation between the dimensions implication (p=0.073), consistency (p=0.787), adaptability (p=0.342), mission (p=0.378) and the work performance variable. In the end, the conclusion is based on the nonexistence of a significant relationship between the organizational culture and the work performance of the personnel who work at the San Marcos Clinic - Lima in the year 2023 (p=0.296).
