The present research project whose theme is Application of Digital Tools and Web 2.0 Resources for the Achievement of Digital Competencies of Teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking Training CERTUS - Lima - Peru - 2014 ", deals with existing problems during the class sessions at the moment that the teachers have little knowledge on how to apply technological tools in their daily activities, likewise the students indicate that there is little interest in the fulfillment of their work, the teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking CERTUS Training of the academic year 2014, Lima is the lack of updated training in the use of pedagogical tools that help the development of the class, this due to the lack of academic advice regarding the utility that could have this tool causing an insufficient academic coordination difficult generation of nu evo models of information sharing, the methodology to be used for the study, methods and techniques of information collection were applied with surveys directed to the teachers of the institution as a study population, in addition statistical statistical tools were used to have a better analysis of the results , then proceeded to the development of a training on the management of web 2.0 tools for teachers of the Institute of Private Higher Education Banking Training, thus helping to improve the teaching-learning process for teachers in students of the educational institution, since by strengthening the use and use of digital tools and web 2.0 resources, progress will be made in updating new content for curricular activities in the different subjects, thereby improving the teaching-learning process as well as the use of content educational activities that contribute to the interaction and communication between the teacher and the students.

The entry of the XXI century brought with it the technological advance and the opening to the educational globalization in which new ways of thinking, acting and conceiving the world arise. Hence, the idea of integrating information and communication technologies -Tic- into the curriculum; is part of the teaching - learning of the changing world. Colombia has not been unaware of these changes and demands from the Ministry of National Education (MEN) to implement educational content in thematic institutions supported by the use of technology. The research called "The strategy of the use of digital boards as a pedagogical support instrument, encourages the learning of sixth grade students in the subject of Spanish Language of the Leon de Greiff Educational Institute of Aguazul 2015", whose main objective of the study consisted in to awaken in the students educational competences that allowed the student to be formed as an Integral Being. The target population is centered on the students of the Educational Institution Leon de Greiff with a population sample made up of 22 students of the sixth grade, group to whom the direct observation sheet was applied with a content of 13 observations designed under the knowledge of the cognitive, procedural and attitudinal dimensions. The application of the data collection was directed to the students belonging to the control group and experimental group; each consisting of 11 students. Fieldwork was carried out at two time points - before and after - in order to obtain relevant data that allowed important findings for research; therefore, using the SPSS the Shapiro Wilk test was applied to determine the distribution of normality; and the verification of the experiment through the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test. It is concluded that the strategy of using the digital whiteboard positively impacts the learning process, the avidity, the commitment and the motivation to acquire new knowledge on the part of the students as well as increases the collaborative work, the interaction and makes possible the utilization of diverse resources facilitating the understanding of the subjects.

Human Rights in the learning of the students of the Carlos Eugenio Restrepo School, taking into account specific situations of integral formation and execution of their work at the service of the community. This work was developed guided by a quantitative methodology with a descriptive approach, using the survey as a tool for information acquisition, allowing characterizing the actions and situations experienced by the students during the exercise of their work. The fundamental basis of the work is the exercise of Human Rights and its vulnerability to exercise the role of Police at the service of the community. It is from the data obtained, from its categorization and analysis, how the elements of the proposed situation are visualized. From the information provided by the students, taken from their experience in the practice of the police service, it can be shown that the most violated rights are equality, equivalent to 92.8% of the responses, and the right to good treatment , with 95.7%, which refers to the need to be treated with dignity as part of society. In accordance with the above, it is suggested, that the Carlos Eugenio Restrepo School consolidate its learning strategies in order to minimize the negative impacts on the violation of their rights; thus, how to promote the formation of leadership and decisionmaking capacity for the individual and collective benefit, exalting the law as a priority when providing the service.

Los juegos interactivos y el aprendizaje de las matemáticas en los estudiantes de grado tercero, cuarto y quinto de básica primaria de la Institución Educativa Real Campestre la Sagrada Familia, municipio de Fresno, Colombia, 2015

The present research study entitled "The Interactive Games and the learning of the mathematics in the students of third, fourth and fifth of basic primary, of the Educational Institution Real Campestre La Sagrada Familia, municipality of Fresno, Tolima, Colombia, 2015". It had as main objective the improvement that exposed the incorporation of interactive games in the progress of the mathematical learning of the students of third, fourth and fifth of basic primary. A non-experimental, basic level and explanatory type research was applied with a quantitative approach, applying as a tool for data collection the technique of the survey directed to students, which allowed to identify the level of reach and appropriation of use of computer tools and activities Through the web in their daily life and, that responded to the dimensions of study. The survey was applied to 169 students chosen by statistical formula for finite populations and then randomly, belonging to the third, fourth and fifth grades. As a result of this research, it was possible to conclude on the effectiveness of interactive games in the process of learning mathematics, evidencing itself in the appropriation of concepts, properties and mathematical procedures, allowing the application of these in problem solving context; In addition, it was possible to improve the competences in the different components and, therefore, to elevate the results in the external tests. Finally, the students' interest in learning mathematics and other areas was evidenced by the interactive methodology.

The present research had as objective to determine how the fulfillment of the norms of publication of information in the transparency portals was carried out the municipalities of Metropolitan Lima in 2015, for which a nonexperimental design of transactional descriptive type was used. The sample consisted of 50 municipalities of Metropolitan Lima. All the findings found in the present investigation coincide with what was found by the Ombudsman's Office (2013) in the municipalities of Metropolitan Lima. The fact that the results are similar indicates that in spite of the years passed the reality has not changed. That is, the population continues without access to the complete information about the management of the municipalities of Metropolitan Lima.

This work seeks to demonstrate how virtual worlds foster cooperative and meaningful learning of requirements engineering, a fundamental subject to improve students' skills, in Software Engineering II, in the Systems Engineering program of the Autonomous University Of Colombia (FUAC). Using similar scenarios, which students would find in a real-world environment, they can participate in an active and meaningful way in the development of their learning, creating routes in the virtual world, from conceptualization of the subject, to apply them in a contextualized case or problem, so this way the student carries out activities with a high degree of satisfaction and motivation, according to the role they are playing. In order to achieve the development of the immersive virtual world (MVI), a starting point is analyzing the OPENSIM environment, from its installation until, achieving a suitable environment to create the different scenarios and virtual objects of learning (OVA). To validate this phase, surveys are applied to students and teachers in order to evaluate which scenarios seem more convenient, to realize the process of learning the connection between previous and new knowledge, according to set expectations in 3D Virtual Worlds. Once the environment was ready, two groups of students were enrolled in the subject of Software Engineering II, a quasi-experimental group and another group of control were taken, for the length in which the subject of Requirements Engineering was taught; Both groups were surveyed using different instruments to obtain conceptual, procedural and attitudinal learning information, pre-test and post-test assessments to assess learning level and satisfaction. It was evident that the students who worked in the virtual worlds obtained better results, greater satisfaction and significant learning in the handling of the subject.

Planeamiento de la auditoría financiera y los informes en las empresas comercializadoras de energía eléctrica del Estado - 2015

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the relationship that exists between the planning of the financial audit and the audit reports in the companies that commercialize the electric power of the State; based on the survey of 25 public accounting professionals with specialty in auditing, in which the variables of study have been established in the planning of the financial audit, Independent Variable, and audit report, Dependent Variable. To achieve the objectives of the thesis, a study was carried out that corresponds to the type of applied research at the correlational level, with a transversal non-experimental design; for which purpose, the information was collected through the application of a questionnaire consisting of 54 questions, 27 related to the independent variable and 27 to the dependent variable, on the Likert scale, the results are presented graphically and textually. In this way the Spearman correlation was determined, resulting in the value of 0.72 and significant (Annex 6). Consequently, it has been determined that the planning is directly related to the audit reports in the State energy trading companies, with a risk level of 5% (0.05). As a result of the research carried out, we must conclude that the contribution of the thesis will serve as a basis to promote planning aimed at improving the results of the financial audit that will be reflected in the corresponding report

Relación entre la edad dental estimada por el método de Demirjian mediante radiografías digitales tipo panorámicas y la edad cronológica, de niños de 09 a 13 años de edad, Huánuco, 2016

The objective of this study was to determine the correlation between dental age estimated by the Demirjian method using digital radiographic type Panoramic and Chronological age, in children aged 9 to 13 years, Huánuco, 2016. This descriptive methodology study, Cross-sectional, retrospective and correlational analysis, analyzed 90 digital panoramic radiographs (43 women and 47 men), selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria established for the study. Where dental development was assessed using the Demirjian method, Kappa analysis revealed no significant effect at the time of assessing intraobserver error (0.7525), at a significance level of 0.05. The "r of Pearson" correlation was used to establish the relationship between the variables. As a result, there is a significant correlation, in addition to a correlation coefficient of r = 0.895. It was also found that in the female gender group the correlation was higher (r = 0.915), the results showed that there is no correlation of the variables for the age groups of 9, 10 and 13 years. It was concluded that the age estimated by the Demirjian method using panoramic X - ray radiographs proved to have a high positive correlation with the Chronological age and it was recommended its use for Forensic purposes and in this way improve the process of human identification in this zone of Peru.

This research entitled moodle platform and the development of mathematical skills in spatial thinking and geometric system with preschool students and fifth of the school San José De Las Cuchillas sede Carmín, was developed With the objective of verifying the effectiveness of the use Moodle platform in the development of mathematical skills in spatial thinking and geometric system of preschool students and fifth school San José De Las Cuchillas sede Carmín of Rionegro. By which a type study was designed quasi-experimental, descriptive and mixed approach, with a population of 34 students between preschool grade with 18 students and fifth grade with 16 students, because the research was conducted within the curriculum the sample was equal to the population, was divided randomly into two groups of equal numbers of students, the control group and the experimental, taking into account the inclusion criteria. The development of research allowed to test hypotheses and left main conclusion using the moodle platform is effective to the development of mathematical skills of students.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence didactic use of mobile devices in learning area mathematics student’s 11th grade of the school tercentenary of the municipality of Medellin - Colombia in 2015. It is a research applied type, of pre experimental design, with a quantitative approach. The techniques and instruments used for data collection for this research were questionnaire and personal observation –directly, sample size group with which he worked was 70 high school students; and the Wilcoxon test was used for the contrast of the hypotheses. In this study, it was concluded from the results the educational use of mobile devices influenced learning area mathematics student’s 11th grade of the school tercentenary of the municipality of Medellin - Colombia in 2015 (value of Z = - 6,950 and value of p = 0,000), showing improvements in learning processes of concepts, application concept and attitudinal part.

The present research entitled "Pedagogical Use of ICTs and its relation to learning in the course of Integral Logistics of the Police Administration Program" was carried out at the "General Francisco De Paula Santander" Police cadet school in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, was carried out under the mixed approach, a correlation-type design and a descriptive scope, non-participant observation, since it studies reality in its natural context and how it happens, drawing and interpreting phenomena according to the people involved, where instruments were applied such as the interview and the observation of cadets and alferreces with the objective of determining how to optimize the pedagogical use of ICTs, to improve learning in the Integral Logistics course, with the aim of enriching the training of the police officer focused on transformation of human beings to develop and perform in the police profession, s being the axis for institutional renewal and social harmony, based on their ability to contribute to coexistence under parameters of effectiveness, respect and closeness to the community. Taking into account that the officer is the agent and factor that constitutes the greatest strength in the human management of the organization and to guarantee its performance in a context of permanent, rapid, continuous and sustainable change, framed by the conditions of progress and positioning of information and communication technologies, the new challenges of educational computing and the constant use of virtual tools and social networks. The study presents results gathered by categories constructed and compared with the data and information collected by relating them and explaining them that lead to answering the research question. What characteristic has the pedagogical use of ICTs and their relationship with learning in the framework of the subject of Integral Logistics of the program police administration in the School of police cadets "General Francisco de Paula Santander"?
