La presente investigación titulada “Uso Pedagógico de las Tic y su relación con el aprendizaje en la asignatura de Logística Integral del Programa Administración Policial” se llevó acabo en la escuela de cadetes de policía “General Francisco De Paula Santander” en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia , se realizó bajo el enfoque mixto, diseño de tipo correlacional y un alcance descriptivo, observación no participante, ya que estudia la realidad en su contexto natural y cómo sucede, sacando e interpretando fenómenos de acuerdo con las personas implicadas, donde se aplicaron instrumentos como la entrevista y la observación a cadetes y alféreces con el objetivo de determinar cómo se puede optimizar el uso pedagógico de las TIC, para mejorar el aprendizaje en la asignatura Logística Integral, con el ánimo de enriquecer la formación del oficial de Policía centrada en la transformación de seres humanos para desarrollar y desempeñarse en la profesión policial, siendo el eje para la renovación institucional y la armonía social, a partir de su capacidad de contribuir a la convivencia bajo parámetros de efectividad, respeto y cercanía a la comunidad. Teniendo en cuenta que el oficial es el agente y factor que constituye la mayor fortaleza en la gestión humana de la organización y para garantizar su actuación en un contexto de cambio permanente, rápido, continuo y sostenible, enmarcado por las condiciones del avance y el posicionamiento de las tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación, los nuevos retos de la informática educativa y la constante utilización de las herramientas virtuales y redes sociales. El estudio presenta resultados reunidos por categorías construidos y comparados con los datos y la información recolectada relacionándolos y explicándolos que conducen a responder la pregunta de la investigación ¿Qué característica ha tenido el uso pedagógico de las Tic y su relación con el aprendizaje en el marco de la asignatura de Logística Integral del programa administración policial en la Escuela de cadetes de policía “General Francisco de Paula Santander”? Para la investigación se tomó una Compañía integrada por 4 secciones de 35 cadetes cada una, un total de 140 Cadetes alféreces. Con una muestra de 80.
Resumen
The present research entitled "Pedagogical Use of ICTs and its relation to learning in the course of Integral Logistics of the Police Administration Program" was carried out at the "General Francisco De Paula Santander" Police cadet school in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, was carried out under the mixed approach, a correlation-type design and a descriptive scope, non-participant observation, since it studies reality in its natural context and how it happens, drawing and interpreting phenomena according to the people involved, where instruments were applied such as the interview and the observation of cadets and alferreces with the objective of determining how to optimize the pedagogical use of ICTs, to improve learning in the Integral Logistics course, with the aim of enriching the training of the police officer focused on transformation of human beings to develop and perform in the police profession, s being the axis for institutional renewal and social harmony, based on their ability to contribute to coexistence under parameters of effectiveness, respect and closeness to the community. Taking into account that the officer is the agent and factor that constitutes the greatest strength in the human management of the organization and to guarantee its performance in a context of permanent, rapid, continuous and sustainable change, framed by the conditions of progress and positioning of information and communication technologies, the new challenges of educational computing and the constant use of virtual tools and social networks. The study presents results gathered by categories constructed and compared with the data and information collected by relating them and explaining them that lead to answering the research question.
