    Job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the emergency service of a national hospital 2022.

    Objective: to determine the level of job satisfaction of nursing professionals in the Emergency Service of a National Hospital, 2022. Population: composed of nursing professionals, who provide care in the emergency area of a National Hospital in Lima. Methodology: basic-descriptive research with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The technique to be used will be the survey, the instrument being the job satisfaction scale SL-SPC by Palma S. from 1999. This instrument has a reliability of 0.87 Cronbach's alpha. It is made up of 36 items that associate the 7 factors that measure job satisfaction, distributed as indicated below: extrinsic: 5 items for material and/or physical conditions, 4 for remuneration and/or work benefits, 5 for administrative policies, 4 for interpersonal relationships, 6 for relationship with authority; and intrinsic: 6 items for task performance and personal development, respectively.
