The study is descriptive, consisting of 72 mothers. Results: Within the psychological factor, domestic violence has a high prevalence at 79.17%; in the social factor, mothers from the highlands represent 62.50%, cohabitants 48.61%, incomplete secondary education 62.50%, independent work 44.44%, grandparents in charge of grandchildren most of the time 81.11%, and belonging to a reconstituted family 68.08%, which are the dimensions with the highest percentages. Finally, within the cultural factor, lack of knowledge about stimulation is at 79.17%, failure to seek information about early stimulation 55.23%, non-attendance at growth and development check-ups 68.61%, and lack of participation of the father in stimulation activities 63.85%. The project has a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive and cross-sectional level. Regarding the population, it will be made up of 100 patients, so we will work with 100%. The data will be collected through the survey, where an instrument developed by Norka Mirella Uchamaco Huanca will be used, which consists of 20 items, which serves to evaluate the quality of care of the nurses, those workers assigned to said area. ; Regarding the inclusion criteria, data collection will be through the questionnaire that includes 20 questions, and after the data obtained will be investigated.
