The conducted research aimed to determine the relationship between pharmaceutical care and the perceived satisfaction of customers at FamilyFarma pharmacies in Santa Anita, Lima, Peru, 2022. The first variable included six dimensions, while the second variable included one dimension. The methodology chosen for this study was deductive and correlational. A sample of 252 customers from FamilyFarma pharmacies, located at two branches detailed in the study, was selected. A virtual survey was used to collect data. Data processing was conducted using the SPSS 25 statistical program, complemented with descriptive analysis, tables, and figures, each with its own interpretation. A relationship was found between pharmaceutical care and perceived satisfaction among FamilyFarma customers in Santa Anita, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.228, indicating a low direct relationship. This suggests that improved pharmaceutical care leads to increased satisfaction. For the objectives related to orientation, dispensing, pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, health education, consultation, and rational use, Spearman's Rho coefficient was used, finding that in most cases, there is a significant direct and moderate relationship between the dimension and the stated variable. In the humanistic objective, a low direct relationship was observed. It was concluded that there is indeed a relationship between pharmaceutical care and perceived satisfaction among FamilyFarma customers in Santa Anita, as well as with the specific objectives mentioned.

Obesity and overweight are the most prevalent non-communicable diseases in the world; and at the national level they represent 62.3%, constituting a public health problem. The concentrations of different lipid substances are elevated in those people who are overweight or have poor eating habits; the body mass index is a very effective variable to determine body structure and is widely used as a risk variable to resolve the increase or predominance of different diseases. The main objective of this thesis is to determine the relationship between body mass index and blood lipids in older adults from the Huachipa Population Center - Chosica District, Lima, Peru 2024. It is an applied, quantitative, retrospective, cross-sectional, and correlational research carried out in the older adult population of the Huachipa Population Center. Information was collected through a health campaign conducted by a private clinical laboratory, in which anthropometric measurements and blood lipid dosages were taken from each of the participants. Body mass index was classified according to WHO recommendations into normal weight, overweight, and obesity. The results showed that of the total of 110 older adults participating, 26.4% were normal weight, 56.4% were overweight, and 17.3% were obese. Using the Chi-square test, there was no statistical association between body mass index and total cholesterol (p = 0.162), HDL cholesterol (p = 0.183), and LDL cholesterol (p = 0.743); while a significant association was found with VLDL and triglyceride levels, with p values of 0.010 and 0.012, respectively. It was concluded that only two blood lipids: triglycerides and VLDL cholesterol, are significantly associated with body mass index in older adults from the Huachipa Population Center, indicating that excess weight directly influences the increase in these lipid fractions, favoring a higher risk of dyslipidemia. It is recommended to promote health campaigns for the older adult population, as they are considered a vulnerable population, in order to prevent and diagnose chronic diseases such as dyslipidemia in a timely manner. Educational campaigns should also be launched to guide the proper use of lipid-control medications, avoiding self-medication, and encouraging responsible consumption of nutritional supplements in this population.
