    Ejecución presupuestal y calidad del gasto público de los proyectos de inversión en la Dirección Regional de Agricultura Piura, 2024

    La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la ejecución presupuestal y la calidad del gasto público de los proyectos de inversión en la Dirección Regional de Agricultura Piura durante el año 2024. Se utilizo una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo-correlacional con un diseño no experimental, utilizando cuestionarios con escalas del tipo Likert aplicados a una muestra de 90 trabajadores de las áreas administrativas. Los resultados evidenciaron una relación significativa entre la ejecución presupuestal y la calidad del gasto público, con un valor de correlación de Rho Spearman de 0.938, indicando una correlación directa muy alta. Asimismo, se identificaron que las dimensiones de certificación, compromiso, devengado y proceso de pago se relacionan significativamente con la calidad del gasto público de manera positiva muy alta; además, la percepción de los trabajadores fue mayoritariamente positiva respecto al cumplimiento de estas etapas. Por lo tanto, se concluye que en la Dirección Regional de Agricultura Piura existe una relación significativa y directa entre la ejecución presupuestal y la calidad del gasto público, resaltando la importancia de una gestión eficiente de los recursos en proyectos de inversión.

    Estrategias educativas en el tratamiento fisioterapéutico del dolor musculoesquelético que brindan los fisioterapeutas de Lima Metropolitana - 2021

    The present research was held as an objective to determine the influence of educational strategies in the physiotherapeutic treatment of musculoskeletal pain provided by physiotherapists of Metropolitan Lima in 2021. An applied methodology was used, with an explanatory research level and a design Non-experimental, we worked with a sample of 250 professional physiotherapists, to whom a questionnaire of 27 questions duly organized for the variables and dimensions was applied. The results were worked at a significance level of α = 0.05, obtaining with the Chi square statistic that there is a significant relationship (χ2 = 81.290 and p = 0.000) between the educational strategies and the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, and with the contingency coefficient it was determined that this relationship is moderate (C = 0.495, p = 0.000) and the effect size (W = 1.6000191) is quite important. Concluding that the applicability of educational strategies provides a great favorable effect to the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, demonstrating the proposed research hypothesis.

    Gestión por competencias y gestión administrativa en los colaboradores de la Municipalidad de Independencia, Lima-Perú, 2024

    The objective of this research was “to determine the relationship between management by competencies and administrative management according to the collaborators of the Municipality of Independencia.” The method used was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, basic, non-experimental, transectional and correlational-descriptive. The sample was made up of 108 workers who perform functions in the Municipality of Independencia. The survey technique and a structured questionnaire were used to evaluate both competency management and administrative management. The main results indicate the existence of a positive and moderate classification of 0.64, supported by Spearman's Rho, between management by competencies and administrative management. Therefore, management by competencies was 89.8% efficient, while administrative management reached 80.6% efficiency. In addition, moderate positive correlations are identified for cardinal competencies 0.529, managerial competencies 0.434 and by area with administrative management 0.543. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between management by competencies and administrative management in the Municipality of Independencia. However, there is a need to strengthen the skills of employees to enhance their performance.

    influencia del Design Thinking en la experiencia del aprendizaje de estudiantes de la carrera de educación, instituto superior pedagógico “Víctor Andrés Belaunde” 2019

    Various methodologies are used in higher education in Peru. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the influence of the methodology of Design Thinking on the learning experience of students in the professional career of Education in the first cycle of the Private Higher Pedagogical Institute "Víctor Andrés Belaunde", night shift of the 2019-I academic semester, Chorrillos campus. This methodology was created by Tim Brown, professor at Stanford University, United States, for strategic innovation in the business school. Faced with the problems that are evident in the students of the Private Higher Pedagogical Institute "Víctor Andrés Belaunde", it has been proposed that the use of the Design Thinking methodology influences the learning experience, because it is significant and effective. The Design Thinking methodology consists of the following 5 steps: empathize, define, devise, prototype and evaluate. The population under study is 20 students from the different specialties of the education career. The research is of quasi-experimental design, which has been supported in the methodological theories by different authors. It was obtained as a result that the methodology has influenced significantly (Pvalue 0.002), with a positive influence (rho=0.65), indicating a moderate direct influence. In conclusion, it has been proven that there is an influence of the Design Thinking methodology on the learning experience of the education students of the Private Higher Pedagogical Institute "Víctor Andrés Belaunde".

    Inteligencia emocional y desempeño docente en el instituto superior Daniel Alcides Carrión, año académico 2021

    The present research established the objective of determining the relationship between emotional intelligence and teaching performance in the teaching staff of the Instituto Carrión in the city of Lima in the academic year 2021. The research was of an applied type, with a correlational descriptive research level and a cross-sectional nonexperimental design, the sample consisted of 101 teachers, to whom the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (I-CE) was applied for adults with 133 items and measure emotional intelligence (EI) as well as a self-elaborated questionnaire with 44 items based on the competence framework of the teacher of technological higher education in the area of teaching (MINEDU, 2019). The results were obtained using the Spearman correlation coefficient with a significance level of 0.05, resulting in a value of Rho = 0.333 with p = 0.01, which indicates the existence of a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and teaching performance at the Instituto Carrión. Concluding that there is a positive and significant, but weak, relationship between these variables, which has demonstrated the hypothesis of the existence of a relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and teacher performance.
