    La Rúbrica como herramienta de evaluación en el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes como clientes de una Universidad peruana en 2021

    This is a non-experimental investigation, correlational design, developed with the hypotheticodeductive method, applied to a population of 83 students from a Peruvian university in Lima in 2021; whose general objective was “To determine if the use of rubrics as objective evaluation tools by the teacher influences the level of satisfaction of students as clients of a Peruvian university in the year 2021 within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 29571, Consumer Protection and Defense Code”; the instruments used were two questionnaires that were adapted from the questionnaire The Distance Education Learning Environments Survey (Sp-DELES) created by Scott L. Walker, that were used using the Likert Scale Type, whose values are divided into five responses for each question and that university students answered using the Google Form tool. The statistical analysis of the variables allowed to confirm the general hypothesis, demonstrating that the use of rubrics as objective evaluation tools by the teacher influences the level of student satisfaction of students as clients of the service provided by a Peruvian university through the performance of their teachers in the teaching of classes during the year 2021, with a confidence level of 95% and with the following statistical significance = 0,005 < 0,05.
