    The objective of this research work was to "Determine the relationship between Leadership Styles and Work Environment of Nursing professionals at H.N. P.N.P Luis N. Saenz of the Internal Medicine Service”. Leadership styles is the way a leader achieves her purposes in the environment where he works, seeing the influence that this can have on the Work Climate so that it is optimal and adequate. Quantitative, hypothetical-deductive and correlationalstudy. The collaboration of 80 nursing professionals was obtained, as a result, 10% of nursing professionals have deficient leadership styles, 60% present a moderate level and 30% indicate an efficient level; On the other hand, 10% have a bad work environment, 55% have a regular level and 35% have a good level.
