    Influence of educational interventions on clinical and biochemical outcomes in patients with type II diabetes 2015-2020.

    Objective: Systematize the information that addresses studies that have developed educational interventions and had an effect on clinical and biochemical results in patients with type II diabetes. Material and Methods: It was carried out using the design of systematic information searches, among the information searched were Systematic Reviews, controlled clinical trials, quasi-experimental, descriptive studies, from different countries: 03 authors are from Mexico, two from Brazil , one from Chile, Spain, Turkey, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Japan and Iraq. Results: Of the 12 articles reviewed, 10 articles representing 83.3% show that educational interventions are effective on clinical and biochemical indicators. Conclusion: educational intervention, whether in the short or medium term, is effective in improving clinical and biochemical indicators, primarily on HbA1c, on a smaller scale reduction of triglycerides, BMI, abdominal circumference, increase in HDL, all leading to the patient with type 2 diabetes has an improvement in your quality of life.
