This is where the nursing professional performs actions that support the patient's recovery and improve her well-being. Maintaining a close relationship and empathy during all types of procedures. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of patients undergoing hemodialysis, the sample was made up of patients receiving hemodialysis treatments in a clinic in Lima. The following instruments were used for data collection: CARE-Q to measure the quality of nursing care adapted by León in 2019 for the hemodialysis area; the variable will be measured in the dimensions of accessibility, explains and facilitates, comfort, anticipation, trust, and monitoring and follow-up, and SERVQHOS to measure patient satisfaction where it was adapted by Montalvo Angelina 2020. This instrument consists of 20 questions where each item has a score YES (1) NO (0) where subsequent terminal scores are taken into account. Satisfied from 15 to 20 points, Dissatisfied less than 14 points. Methods: this research is hypothetical - deductive because hypotheses have been raised with a quantitative study approach because a numerical approach will be used and given to the findings in order to verify the hypotheses raised.Ítem Acceso abierto Risk factors associated with hemoglobin levels in children under one year old attending the Growth and Development service at the San Miguel Health Center, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-07-31) Salas Castillo, Susan Medalyd; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethDetermine the association of risk factors with hemoglobin values in children under one year of age who attend the Growth and Development service of the San Miguel Health Center, 2019. Materials and method: quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional study. with a population of 560 children, with a study sample of 100 children under one year of age and their mothers, with a technique that was the survey of risk factors associated with anemia, said questionnaire was developed by the authors, Mallqui, Robles and Sánchez (37), where the reliability value of the questionnaire was 0.881. Results: 43% of children have moderate anemia, 72% are housewife mothers and finally only 45% know about Iron Deficiency Anemia and its Prevention according to sociodemographic factors. 57% of children do not consume foods rich in iron and 33% of children consume junk food, fried foods, sweets, etc., depending on the nutritional factor. 90% of families sleep more than 3 people in a room and 39% of mothers have had anemia during pregnancy according to environmental factors, 48.8% have a moderate level of anemia, and a medium level of risk factors. (X2: 2.381, p:0.881) according to Chi square and P value < 0.005. Conclusions: There is no association between the associated factors and the level of anemia of 1-year-old children who attend the Growth and Development Service of the San Miguel Health Center.
