    Percepción de la gestión administrativa y satisfacción de los usuarios internos del gobierno regional, Apurímac, Perú 2023

    The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the perception management administrative and internal user satisfaction in the regional government, Apurimac in 2023. Corresponding to the type of applied research, observational- correlational, crosssectional, non- experimental design; the convenience sample consisted of 80 collaborators, the data collection the survey technique, and the instrument was two questionnaires for both variables. Regarding the results, it was obtained that the; with respect to the to the perception management, 87.5% has a regular perception of management administrative, a 11.3% they have a good perception of management administrative, and only 1.3% they have a perception bad of management administrative. Regarding internal user satisfaction, it is evident that 86.3% they present and indifferent level of internal user satisfaction, a 12.5% they are satisfied, and only 1.3% present their dissatisfaction. Likewise, the relationship between both variables was achieved with a correlation coefficient of 0.618, with a significance index of 0.000. Conclusion: that there is a positive and significant relationship between the perception of management administrative and internal user satisfaction in the regional government of Apurimac, 2023.
